I purchased a snapchat filter for a wedding under the email *****@***.com. I was suppose to have the filter from * pm to * pm for a range of **,*** feet in the zip code *****. Unfortunately, my filter is not working, it worked on one person’s phone for about * mins. We are within the filters limits, our phones are updated and the filter has not worked. We tried restarting or phones close and reopening the app and nothing works. I am disappointed because it not only took me a while to create the filter but the bride was looking forward to it.
I trust that Snapchat will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
