Today, I visited the Chantilly store in VA, but it opened late. The first smoothie took a long time to make and lacked flavor, so I requested a new one. The second smoothie tasted good, but the lid was not secured properly, causing a spill on my clothes and shoes. I tried to clean up and asked for a solution as I couldn't stay longer. They offered me a free smoothie card, but it was for a 20oz when I ordered a 32oz. Feeling upset, I left the store at 8:33 am after being there since 7:58. I then went to the Dulles Town Center store, which was also delayed in opening. After waiting, I left without a smoothie. It's disappointing to receive inconsistent service at both locations.

This morning, I went to the Cypress Smoothie King and ordered a Medium Vegan Nutty Super Grain with half apple juice. Upon trying to use my $2 reward, the associate said I couldn't apply it to the Friday special. Despite not requesting Kiwi in my smoothie, he added it and my $2 reward vanished from my account. The associate accidentally dropped .25 while giving me change, he apologized and wiped my drink after it dripped on the sides. Although I asked for napkins due to my suit, the service was satisfactory, and the drink was fine. However, I am disappointed about losing my reward and would appreciate it being reinstated.

My name is Chasity J. I recently visited the North 18th Street location in Monroe, LA on August 20, [redacted], around 9:30 a.m. I had accumulated over [redacted] points and handed my phone to the staff member to scan for earning points. After over 24 hours, I noticed a decrease in my points. By the evening of August 21, I received a notification about rewards, but discovered that [redacted] points had been deducted, leaving me with [redacted] points. I used the contact application to reach out but woke up to another notification that [redacted] points were taken, reducing my total to [redacted] points. I am upset by these deductions and would like my points to be restored. It feels unfair to lose points that I have earned.

I have visited the Smoothie King in Davie, Florida multiple times and each time I have experienced disappointment. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes for my order, customers who arrived 15 minutes after me received their smoothies ahead of me. After enduring the wait, I had to proactively inform the staff of my order. The situation only improved after another customer voiced their concerns and requested a refund due to the extensive wait times. This location is understaffed, with only two workers present during the evening, leading to prolonged wait times and poor service. It is disheartening to consistently encounter such issues at this establishment, and I sincerely hope for improvements to be made promptly.

Yesterday, I purchased my usual strawberry banana smoothie with yogurt from your store. While drinking it, I discovered a large 1-inch piece of sharp white plastic, initially mistaking it for coconut. After throwing it away, I found smaller pieces of plastic in the drink. This was not only unpleasant but also a safety concern, especially for children. When contacting the store, they offered a refund or a replacement, but I was far away to return. This experience has left me disappointed and reluctant to purchase from Smoothie King again, despite being a regular customer. I urge you to investigate the source of the plastic contamination to prevent future occurrences.

The service I received was extremely disappointing. I sat at the intercom to place my order and when I requested a pineapple surf, the staff recommended another drink and seemed annoyed when I insisted on my choice. When I asked for yogurt and mango to be added to my smoothie, the employee appeared to become agitated. After I inquired about the staff member's name, there was some confusion and reluctance to provide it. Ultimately, after several exchanges, I received the wrong smoothie. The lack of professionalism and the mix-up with my order left me unsatisfied with my experience at the establishment.

I visited your Hwy 6 location in Houston to buy a couple of small drinks. Upon learning that they were out of the small cup size, I was offered a medium. I declined as I didn't wish to pay for a larger size and requested to have the small amount poured into a medium cup. The staff member mentioned a charge of 27 cents per cup, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances. I questioned why I was being asked to pay for supplies that were unavailable due to their inventory management. Despite canceling my order due to poor customer service, I felt that a better resolution would have been to offer the drinks in a medium cup at no extra charge. The situation left me concerned about the integrity of the drinks and has unfortunately soured my regular visits to the establishment.

I visited Smoothie King near my work a few minutes ago. I informed the cashier about my recent sign-up and presented a $2 off coupon for a smoothie, which she declined to redeem during my first transaction post-registration. She suggested I could redeem it online later. After receiving my order, the Coffee D life vanilla smoothie tasted different from my previous orders, possibly having too much of one ingredient. Due to time constraints during my lunch break, I couldn't ask for a replacement. I am dissatisfied with the taste and would like a refund. I won't be returning to this Smoothie King location.

I recently visited Smoothie King near my workplace just a few minutes ago. I informed the cashier that I had signed up for their rewards program after months of being a customer and had a $* off coupon for a smoothie, but she refused to redeem it for my first purchase after signing up. She suggested I could redeem it online at any time. However, the smoothie I ordered tasted awful. I usually order the Coffee D Life vanilla flavor, but this one was completely different and not enjoyable. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for a replacement due to being on my lunch break. I would like a refund for my unsatisfactory purchase. This experience has left me disappointed, and I won't be returning to that particular Smoothie King location. I may explore other smoothie options in the future since I expect a certain standard for the price I pay.

I have visited SK multiple times and observed how wasteful their practices are. Every time I order a 20oz drink, there is around 6-8oz that gets poured and then discarded. Not to mention, the plastic cups they use are very environmentally unfriendly. To reduce waste, I started bringing my own 30oz tumbler and requesting my 20oz drink to be poured into it. On most occasions, the staff complied, giving me a full 30oz without extra plastic waste. However, my recent experience was frustrating as the employee refused, citing company policy, while simultaneously wasting food. I paid $7 for my drink, questioning why they can't pour into a personal cup, especially since the pitchers should be washed after each use. This inconsistency in eco-friendly practices is disappointing coming from a supposedly holistic establishment.

I visited Smoothie King store number [redacted] this morning and purchased a strawberry hulk. While I was there, I noticed two employees were chatting instead of taking customers' orders. Employee Louay eventually helped me with my order number [redacted]. I was there on 12/7/[redacted]. It seemed like they were more focused on chatting with familiar customers rather than making smoothies. As a military wife, my husband and I frequent Smoothie King regularly. The cashier even forgot to give me my change initially. When I asked him about it, he realized the mistake. I tipped him a dollar from the change of $1.54. The customer service experience was quite disappointing and could be improved.

I recently visited Smoothie King on Robert E Lee in New Orleans. There was a prominent ad for the dark chocolate strawberry slim n trim smoothie on the door. Upon entering, I searched for written materials with the nutritional information for this smoothie, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any. When I inquired with the young man behind the counter, he stated that he didn't know. I asked if anyone else working there had the information, but he replied negatively without checking with anyone else. When I expressed my concern, he simply shrugged. Disappointed by the lack of information and the rude behavior, I left the establishment. It's crucial for customers to have access to nutritional information for the products offered. Additionally, employees should be trained to provide assistance politely. The employee I interacted with was a young white male, but unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.

I went to the Smoothie King store in Mishawaka, Indiana, owned by Lauren, where an employee was unjustly written up for another employee's inappropriate behavior. It all started when Carl began rating colleagues based on their appearance and body parts in a sexually suggestive manner, which was unacceptable. Despite another employee pointing out the inappropriateness of the situation, only she was reprimanded, unfairly so. This incident occurred over a month ago, and I am concerned about the validity of the write-up. The lack of transparency in not providing a copy of the write-up is troubling. Furthermore, it seems like there is favoritism involved as the two other employees involved have been promoted to shift leads. I am considering seeking legal advice if this issue is not addressed promptly and fairly.

Hello, I received a new reward for a free smoothie valued up to $8 with the purchase of another smoothie of equal or greater value, valid only for today. I ordered a large Daily Warrior smoothie with extra dates and a medium one for $7.29. Unfortunately, the coupon did not apply, and there was no manager available to assist the situation. The young lady working was alone and mentioned she was unsure what to do in this case. To prevent further delay for the waiting customers, I politely informed her that I would reach out to corporate to resolve the issue. I hope to receive the complimentary smoothie as intended since I paid for two and did not receive the free one. Thank you.

The Smoothie King near my gym consistently closes an hour to an hour and a half early. They leave their lights on, workers standing at the counter, but the doors are already locked. Additionally, they claim to be out of certain add-ins an hour to two hours before closing every day. It seems like they might be avoiding clean-up. This location is convenient for me since it's at the gym, but these early closures are really frustrating.

Hello, I'm Angela B. On Sunday, April 12, [redacted], I made an online order at my local smoothie shop located at [redacted] Pendleton Pike Suite A, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was too long as I had to get to work soon. I tried to cancel the order through the app but couldn't find the option. I was instructed to wait in line for a refund when I called the store. My card was charged for something I never received. I suggest having an option to cancel orders to avoid such situations. Customers' cards should only be charged upon pick-up. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

The customer expressed dissatisfaction with the service at a smoothie location they have been visiting for years. Despite recent changes in staff due to health concerns, the quality of service has noticeably declined over the past two months. In one instance, waiting for smoothies took an unexpectedly long time, and the employee was unapologetic and seemed frustrated. During another visit, the drive-thru operator took a considerable amount of time to take the order, leading to further delays and frustration for the customer. Notably, the customer highlighted that they were on a time crunch during their most recent visit and the extended delays caused them to be late for work. Overall, the customer urged the smoothie establishment to improve their customer service and emphasized the need for better communication and efficiency, especially during busy periods.

On July 11, [redacted], I visited store number [redacted] and ordered a Smoothie through the drive-thru. After paying for my order, I tried to scan the bar code from the Smoothie King app on my phone for points, but was told I needed to do it before paying. The employee seemed unapologetic and mentioned that most people knew that. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I was unable to get my points. When speaking to an employee named Marcus inside, I faced similar unhelpful responses. The lack of customer service and previous issues with the app not granting points have left me frustrated. I hope to receive the points I am entitled to.

I would like to reach out to the management of the Smoothie King in NEW ALBANY, OHIO. I hope to bring to your attention an incident that occurred when my girlfriend purchased the banana boat smoothie on 5/5/[redacted] at your establishment in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Following the consumption of the smoothie, she has experienced severe digestive issues, including vomiting and frequent restroom visits, as it was the only thing she had consumed that day. The smoothie quickly changed color to green, which is concerning as it was a banana-based smoothie. We are long-time fans of your products and have never encountered issues like this before. We hope this feedback helps in ensuring the quality of your offerings and that this can be addressed promptly to avoid any future problems for other customers.

I am writing to express my concerns about the service I received at Store #[redacted] in Pleasant Hill, GA. My family and I are regular Smoothie King customers and visited this location to order our usual drink. We requested the Immune Builder Veggie with added blueberries, only to be given a different smoothie. After some confusion, we were informed they were out of greens, which should have been communicated earlier. The staff member had difficulty handling the situation due to excessively long nails. Ultimately, we asked for a refund, which was given from the tip jar. Upon realizing I had used the app with a $2 coupon, I asked for further compensation but was directed to a number on a receipt we never received. Frustrated, I began recording the interaction. This experience is one of many issues we have encountered at this branch. I urge the management to address these ongoing service problems and hire competent staff who can represent the brand better. I hope to hear back about this matter soon. Regards, S. Diggs
