I bought a new M&P full size *mm a week ago. If I had dry fired it at the store I would not have bought it. The trigger pull is ** lbs and I have to depress the trigger all the way to the rear of the trigger guard to shoot. I cannot believe this pistol was tested during manufacturing. Also both new magazines that came with it are defective.*The last new gun I bought was a Bodyguard and it had the same trigger defect.**Your quality control is pretty poor.*I sent my pistol to you last week and today was told it would be * weeks or more before it is repaired. It’s in your shop now and if it is possible for you to keep it and refund my purchase price I would appreciate it.*Note I have owned more than ** S&W handguns in my life and currently own *, but I would have a hard time buying another.
