Yesterday I purchased the Smilebox premium monthly access for $*.**. Before purchasing it said that I would have instant access and would be able to upload my own music for my presentation. Though I can see that $*.** has been removed from my credit card, it has not granted me premium features. What must I do in order to gain the premium features I paid for?
