On January **, **** I signed up for Smilebox Premium, annual. Got to work on a slideshow immediately, and accidentally clicked on the "Pro Subscription" Immediate disaster. Smilebox no longer allows me to access my Premium account because it refuses to let me log in. I DO NOT want to switch over to the Premium version. Can you help me to solve this issue, please? What I really would like to do is to get the Premium version of the old Smilebox software instead of working online all the time. My name is Alix Castroviejo. I paid using a Visa gold card and received an e-mail confirmation...receipt number ******, but when I used that e-mail address to contact the company my message was refused by their server "Smilebox only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list". *Trying to get in touch with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life! If they do not get their act together I will have to resort to canceling my subscription, but then I'm afraid I'll lose the entire payment made for the Premium annual subscription. What a scam! How GetHuman-alixcast fixed the problem
Issue is fixed, I think, in terms of being able to log into my account once more, but the questions I posed about switching from the online version of Smilebox Premium to the normal software, with Premium status has been totally ignored. To attempt to resolve my problem I sent an e-mail to the customer service address suggested by Get Human. Thanks so much, Get Human, for your empathetic and effective help! Alix
