Hello I have reached out to you weeks ago. Why am I not able to add videos to my slideshows anymore? I pay **.** and I don’t have the same effects that I used to when I started with you. I am not sure which account I’m paying for but it seems I have * accounts. *st account is *****@***.com and the *nd account is *****@***.com. I’m paying for yearly subscriptions but not getting any video allowance. Why is that please contact me at either one of my account emails or at ***-***-****. Thanks
