My last payment was on April 14, [redacted], and I have not had an active subscription since. However, on December 19, [redacted], I received an email stating that my account was reactivated without my request or authorization. They mentioned that my next bill would be due on January 19, [redacted]. The subscription cost was deducted from my bank account without my consent. I would like clarification on how this reactivation happened and request a refund for the unauthorized charge.

I recently installed my new Samsung TV and have been struggling to add my Sling account to it. While other accounts added easily, I received an error message stating that "Sling doesn't support Tizen browsers." I'm not sure what that means, but I would like my Sling access to appear automatically like the other accounts. Any guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased Sling TV to watch motorsport.tv. Initially, I thought it was in the sports extra package, but after pre-paying for 2 months, I realized it's actually part of the world sports add-on. Even though the channel description didn't mention motorsport.tv, I attempted multiple times to add the world sports package. Each time I tried, the system redirected me as if I was a new Sling TV user, asking for my payment details again. I don't want to be charged extra for Sling Blue. Can someone clarify where motorsport.tv is located and help me add the correct package without any issues?

On December 23rd, [redacted], I spoke with a seemingly pleasant lady about the TV package options. After choosing Orange-Blue, Take All, Spanish, locals, and the Dove Channel, I was excited about the affordable deal. However, upon checking the channels, some were missing. After a 20-minute wait, Sebastian responded, assuming I wanted to cancel. He mentioned I couldn't have local channels, which contradicted the initial representative. Not having the Dove Channel and LMN was also disappointing. Paying $65 for one month of service and the possibility of additional charges didn't sit right with me. Discovering cable wasn't available in my area yet added to the frustration. Overall, the experience was unpleasant due to misinformation and Sebastian's dismissive attitude. I won't recommend this service to friends and family based on these issues.

We tried Sling TV assuming we would receive all the local channels as advertised online. Unfortunately, we didn't get them, so we never actually used the service. We ended up being charged for an extra month during the holiday season, which was unexpected and inconvenient. We are really in need of a refund for this charge, especially since it was meant to be Christmas money. We appreciate your speedy assistance in resolving this matter. Although the service wasn't right for us, we have recommended Sling TV to others, as I often suggest streaming options to my clients while installing cable. It was an oversight that we forgot to cancel, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please assist us in getting our money back. Thank you for your help.

I have a Sling account that I was paying for monthly using my Savings Plus account with a Visa debit card for automatic withdrawals (using card #[redacted]). They have discontinued that debit option, which surprised me. As a result, my payment did not go through this month as usual. I can still pay for your services using my savings account #[redacted]07 for auto withdrawal. If you will accept that form of payment, please inform me. If not, it will take me a little while to get a new debit system established. I am totally satisfied with Sling's service and hope we can keep it active without any interruptions.

I have two concerns to address regarding my Sling TV subscription: 1. I am noticing a continuous increase in my monthly bill, which has now reached $40.00. It appears that while my fee keeps going up, others are seeing decreases. Can you provide an explanation for this? 2. When I initially signed up years ago, I was under the impression that I would have access to college football games. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Could you confirm if this service is offered? My husband is pushing for us to cancel our subscription, but I am willing to give Sling TV one more opportunity to rectify these issues. I am experiencing a problem with Sling TV. I originally signed up for a free 7-day trial, but I noticed that I was charged $65.27 instead of the $45 for the orange and blue package as advertised. I am not interested in the additional packages, and I would like a refund back to my account. Additionally, the buffering issues make the service not worth the $65.27. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to these issues; otherwise, I may have to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period. My son accidentally rented "The Lion King" since there is no authentication when making purchases on Sling. I already own this movie but did not open the one he rented. I would like a refund for this movie. Also, your chat support is terrible. This is one of the worst services to deal with, even worse than Comcast, who at least answers calls. I am now on my third attempt to cancel this service as I keep canceling, but the company keeps charging me. I would prefer to live in a cardboard box than deal with this service again.

I am experiencing frustratingly long loading times and disconnections on Sling while watching ESPN. The TV screen goes blank during commercial breaks, displaying error code [redacted]. The message prompts me to try again later due to "Streaming Discontinued on this bandwidth." This issue occurs frequently and is not experienced with other streaming services. I am attempting to open a Sling TV account as a new customer to take advantage of the promotion offering an Amazon Fire Stick with a 2-month purchase. However, there is no mention of the Amazon Fire Stick during the signup process, nor is there an option to pay for two months in advance. I am seeking clarification on where these terms are detailed and how I can claim my promotional gift. My 8-year-old granddaughter accidentally ordered Close Encounters of the Third Kind without my knowledge. I only found out from a text an hour later. I'm seeking a refund for the charge as we won't be watching the rental. A representative mistakenly canceled my account, giving me no choice but to reactivate it to not miss 4 college football bowl games, as it could take up to 72 hours to fix. Sling is processing a $30.00 refund and extending my days of viewing from my previous subscription. I'm thrilled that I can now watch the NCAA College Football National Championship on January 13th, and my subscription will end on the 14th. Perfect.

I recently signed up for Sling TV and chose the Orange and Blue package with the TV Extra deal for $25 monthly, which includes Showtime, Stars, and Epix. However, after signup, I only received the Sling Orange package. I would like to cancel my subscription or the 7-day trial period. I was informed that after the trial, I would not be billed until the end of January for $94 plus tax. Can you please make sure that I receive what I originally selected so that I can continue enjoying Sling TV on my Android phone?

I canceled my subscription at the start of December, and the account was supposed to remain active until the end of the prepaid month. However, despite the cancellation, the service was still active, and my card was charged again. Now my next due date is January 27th when I no longer want the service. I would like to request a refund for the unauthorized charge.

I canceled my free trial within the trial period, yet I received an invoice for a month's subscription. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach customer service by phone as none of the phone numbers seem to be working. The chat support is also not functional; every time I'm told an agent will join in 3-5 minutes, the chat closes before I can connect with anyone. This seems to be a common issue among many customers based on what I've seen online. I feel it's unjust to be charged after I've already canceled my subscription.

I have Sling Blue & Orange but I need more to watch my favorite teams like the Wichita State Shockers, Kansas State Wildcats, and KU Jayhawks. Today at 2pm, I tried to watch the Wichita Shockers & East Carolina Basketball game but couldn't access it without paying $4.99 for ESPNU. After signing up and receiving an invoice (ESPN+ 01/01/2[redacted][redacted] $4.99), I still couldn't watch the game. I've made multiple phone calls to Sling, but each time I've been directed elsewhere. I'm frustrated as I missed many games last year for the same reason. A representative named Sid suggested I should get a refund for the $4.99 I paid today because I still couldn't watch the game. I'm 77 years old and really need someone at Sling to help me with this issue. I hope to find a resolution soon to avoid this ongoing problem.

When switching between apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Sling on my device, I typically scroll through the row of apps at the bottom of the screen. However, when I try to select "SLING," the screen just returns to the previous app without allowing me to choose it. This issue occurred briefly last week but seemed to resolve itself after a day or two. Unfortunately, it has resurfaced, and I am currently unable to select the "SLING" app. All other apps such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube function normally without any issues.

Hello, I hope all is well. I am experiencing issues with Sling TV. Initially, there is a problem with selecting a channel or show to watch where it takes multiple attempts to start. After selecting a program, the screen goes black while the TV remains on, requiring me to go back to the previous screen and re-select the program. This screen blacking out issue happens every 20 minutes, making it frustrating to watch anything continuously. Despite reinstalling the app and checking the internet connection, the problem persists. Unfortunately, Sling TV doesn't provide a contact number for assistance. If this matter cannot be resolved, I may consider cancelling my subscription. I find that there are many channels included in the Sling subscription that I don't watch, such as CNN and MSNBC. The ability to create a customized package with only the channels I enjoy, like FoxNews, would greatly improve my experience. If Sling offered the option to select 20 channels that suited my preferences, it would be fantastic. My ideal channels would include AMC, Discovery, DIY, ESPN, Food Network, and more. It would be great if Sling considered introducing a feature for customers to truly personalize their channel selection.
