I am disappointed with the service I have received. I signed up based on the 3 months for $15 offer for new customers. However, I only received one month free from Sling. Additionally, my bill has been consistently over $28 each month, exceeding the expected amount, especially considering the Florida taxes. My high-speed DSL of [redacted] MBps experiences black screen interruptions on certain programs, which is not due to buffering but requires resetting. The frequency of commercials on the service is excessive, surpassing what I anticipated and more than what cable TV offers. I am also unhappy with the politically biased commercials that have been repeatedly playing, which conflict with my beliefs as a conservative. I urge for these issues to be addressed promptly. Roku Sling Fox Sports Midwest. I still have not received any calls from Sling regarding this issue. Despite contacting them over 10 times, my problem with Fox Sports Midwest remains unresolved. Sling seems to overlook my payment for this channel each month. Numerous escalations have not led to a fix, only excuses. How can customers reach Sling by phone if our numbers are not accepted? The lack of customer service in dealing with this issue is frustrating and unhelpful. I was also hesitant when seeking assistance setting up my device with Sling and Roku, as misleading information was provided about charges for help. When will I be able to watch Blues hockey and Cardinals baseball as promised? Sling's lack of concern for customers is disappointing. I feel justified in seeking a refund if the issue persists. My numerous hours talking to different operators have not yielded results. A dedicated department within Sling to address complex issues like mine may be beneficial.

I am seeking a refund for a duplicate sling account that was inadvertently created. My wife and I unintentionally had two accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], as we were under the impression we only had one. I initially used the [redacted] account in November [redacted] during a free trial but believed I had canceled it. Soon after, I started a new account at the same household using [redacted] in February [redacted]. Throughout [redacted] and into [redacted], both accounts remained active, although we only used one. I kindly request sling to refund the fees for the second account ([redacted]) from February [redacted] to February [redacted] due to the oversight. Last night, I was using the Sling TV app on my TV to change some channels, and towards the end, it prompted me to switch the billing method to Amazon Pay. Unfortunately, I encountered an error with Amazon Pay and couldn't resolve it with Amazon's assistance. This resulted in my subscription being canceled, and I couldn't renew it. To work around the issue, I had to create a new subscription with a different email address. I am now looking for a way to reinstate my old subscription to avoid being charged on the new account. The email associated with the old subscription is [redacted], while the new one is [redacted]

I recently started a 7-day trial with Sling but mistakenly entered an incorrect email address with one missing letter. I used the trial but now want to switch my plan from orange and blue to just blue. Even though I remember my password, I am unable to sign in. I tried resetting my password, but I didn't receive any emails, likely due to the wrong email address on the account. Since I signed out on the TV, I also can't access Sling. I'm concerned that I might be getting charged without having access to the service since I provided my credit card information when signing up. I am unable to sign back in on the TV as my email and password are not recognized. The system states they are invalid and locks me out for 3 hours each time I try.

I recently purchased a Phillips [redacted] Series RokuTV (model 32PFL4664) and was excited about the offer for 30 days free of Sling TV with cloud DVR when buying and activating a new Roku player or Roku TV. However, during the initial setup, I encountered issues on my phone while progressing with the TV setup. The offer states it can be redeemed by buying and activating a new Roku player or Roku TV between 4/27/19 and 7/7/19. My Roku TV was purchased on May 25, [redacted]. I attempted to redeem the offer during account creation, but due to the problem I encountered, I was unable to select the offer. It seemed there might have been an issue with the server or something similar, preventing me from taking advantage of the promotion. I kindly request your understanding and ask if it would be possible for me to still redeem the offer for the 30 days of free Sling TV.

Hello, I recently reactivated my Sling account for the Sling International package at $10 and the Mini Hindi package at $5. I was charged $16.13, including tax, but even after the payment, I did not have access to the channels. My account kept saying I had no subscription. I decided to cancel today, but I had already been charged. Can you please clarify why the channels were not available despite the payment and why I was still charged even though the subscription was not active? Thank you.

During May, I noticed a message on my screen from Sling asking me to restart my subscription to Orange + Blue for $39.98 + Tax under the name Justin Brammer. I assumed my service was no longer active. However, in June, I was surprised to see a $54.98 charge on my PNC bank account for Sling. I still receive the same message prompting me to reactivate for $39.98 + Tax. I am requesting a refund for both May and June payments and wish to cancel my subscription. Despite my attempts to call Sling at [redacted], I have not been able to reach anyone.

My mother does not have a television but uses a Windows 7 computer for Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. We want to add live TV, specifically the FX channel. I found the Sling TV Blue package on their website. It offers FX and costs $15 for the first month. I am unclear about the cost for subsequent months and if additional devices are necessary to stream FX on the computer. The offer includes a free Roku Ultra, but I am unsure if a Roku is needed to watch TV on the computer through Sling. I tried calling Sling TV customer service but was unable to speak to a human. Any assistance is appreciated.

I found that switching to a cord-cutting service like yours was supposed to be better than cable, but I'm experiencing issues with multiple device streaming. I tried to set up Sling for my kids, but it's limiting the number of people who can watch simultaneously. This means I can't watch TV in my room while my kids watch in theirs. This never happened with regular cable. I want this problem resolved without additional costs. If I have to spend more, I might switch back to cable. It has been frustrating dealing with the streaming limitations. I simply want to stream on more devices than your service currently allows.

I was attempting to watch the World Cup cricket match between Sri Lanka and South Africa this morning on the Willow cricket channel. A message prompted me to create a Sling account and redeem an offer with a provided code. Despite multiple attempts, the code was deemed invalid, offering only a 40% discount instead. As I tried to avail this discount, Sling requested my credit card information for the account, which I provided. Despite creating the account, I was unable to access the match and kept getting redirected to unrelated channels with no path to Willow cricket. I promptly canceled the Sling account, yet a $15 charge appeared on my credit card. I am seeking an immediate refund as I was misguided into creating an account to watch the cricket match without success. Thank you, S.J.

I've been experiencing poor service quality recently. When I try to watch a show on any channel, it takes a while for it to start playing. Then, after about a minute, it starts buffering and never resumes. Additionally, I'm having trouble deleting some recorded shows. Whenever I attempt to delete them from the menu, I receive an error message: "Oops! Looks like some of your video content didn't fully load. Please make another selection. (4-[redacted])." I have a Netflix subscription that works fine, so I suspect it's not my internet connection since my TV is connected to the modem via Ethernet cable. I would appreciate assistance with these issues as I may have to cancel my services if they persist.

After updating my SlingTV app on Apple TV, I noticed a change. The option to pick where I want to watch a show I was previously watching is no longer available. Before the update, I could choose "Watch live," "Resume," or "Start over." Now, I can only fast forward or rewind while the show is currently playing, not during commercials. When switching between shows during a commercial break, the other channel remains on the commercial until I return. There isn't an option to watch live, so I have to sit through the entire commercials. Is this intentional, or am I missing a new feature? How can I start watching a channel live now? Hello, I have a subscription for Sling TV, specifically the orange package. When I attempted to download the Sling TV app on my iPad, I was unaware that it would prompt me to become a new member and possibly incur additional charges. I was under the impression I could utilize the app on my iPad with my existing subscription. If this is not the case, I would prefer not to use the app to avoid duplicate charges. I customized my channel list on MY TV, but now I can't access the channels that are included in my package. I value the services I pay for and would like this problem resolved promptly. If not, I will consider switching back to COX in Gainesville, Florida. Additionally, I am disappointed about the upcoming rate increase on August 1, [redacted]. I want access to all the channels included in my plan. I have referred others to SLING TV, and this experience has been disheartening.

I am considering trying a new Roku unit with an Ethernet input. My current Roku is several years old, and I suspect it may not be compatible with Sling TV as I recently encountered issues after Sling's format changes. I realized I couldn't watch it at all anymore, although Pluto TV and other services work fine. I decided to replace my old Roku with the latest model, and that solved all my issues. I recommend that other subscribers do the same, as the new one is much faster and works perfectly.

I attempted to cancel my "free" trial, but when I finally connected with a representative, she was unable to assist without the last four digits of my credit card, which I did not provide as I use PayPal. Even though I haven't accessed the Sling app and she couldn't locate an account under my email, she suggested my email address might have been entered incorrectly. I already have cable and a Netflix subscription, which is all I desire. The trial was initiated when setting up Netflix on my Roku TV. I spent at least 30 minutes chatting with the representative, and I am uninterested in further correspondence with Sling. If this matter remains unresolved before the trial ends, I will not subscribe or pay any fees since no account is associated with my email, the only one I use.

I am experiencing difficulty updating my payment information for my existing Sling TV Blue & Orange with Showtime subscription. Despite having the same 16-digit card number, I need to update the expiration date to 06/22 and the security code to [redacted] on my new credit card. Whenever I attempt to update the payment details through the online service, I encounter an error after making the changes. It is crucial for me to update this information to continue enjoying the service. Additionally, I am interested in adding the "Stars" service to my subscription. I recently bought 2 FireSticks from Amazon that came with a 3-month free subscription to Sling. The code provided by Amazon did not activate. I have a Sling login ([redacted]) but have never subscribed to Sling. I may have set up an ID to browse the website but never watched Sling TV. Amazon suggested I reach out to you for help. I am facing issues with setting up my recently purchased Slingbox M2. Unfortunately, I have not found any helpful solutions on their website. There is no email or phone support available, only video tutorials, FAQs, and a knowledge base which I have already checked thoroughly. The problem arises when the remote loading process freezes after I attempt it. Despite trying soft and hard resets on various computers, the outcome remains consistent. It seems like either the unit is faulty or there might be a compatibility issue between the Slingbox and my cable-box brand.
