Hi, I'm writing to seek a refund for a sling account that my wife and I didn't know was active. We live together and attempted to have only one sling account. The two accounts are *****@***.com and *****@***.com. I used her email start an account (*****@***.com) in Nov **** (free trial) I thought that I had cancelled the account. I started a new account at the same household on * February **** (*****@***.com). Because I didn't know that the *****@***.com account was active, we inadvertently had two accounts throughout **** and into ****. You can see from your history that we did not use that account during the year. I'm writing to ask sling to refund the *nd, inadvertent account (*****@***.com) for the time that we had duplicate accounts and did not use the account from February **** to February ****. *Thank you for your help.
