We did a *-day trial of sling five weeks ago. It did not have the features we wanted*needed, and elected do cancel and delete the app through the Fire TV App the following day. We have since been charged monthly, for a service (I'm sure you can also see on your end) that we have NEVER logged into or watched past the first day. I tried to connect with a representative to address this to stop future billing and a refund for previous billing, and they were having trouble pulling up do to the fact that I did not even know a username or password for the account because we used it ONE day. As I was trying to provide other information they could possibly use to locate the account, they disconnected and I never received an attempt at contact again. I would like this situation resolved as soon as possible and the money that was wrongfully taken from us to be put back in our account. It was unauthorized and the account had been cancelled. All I could suggest for locating the account is my name*Danielle Howard*Murphy ** (***) ***-*****email: *****@***.com*or: *****@***.com*address: either **** Legency Point apt ***, West Chester OH ******or:***** Regency Ct*Apt ****West Chester, OH ******I am not sure how else to provide information on an account we never used and had cancelled immediately
