I am trying to watch tv ... When sling changes from a setting to a commercial, the volume on the tv becomes intolerably loud. I have to sit with my fingers on the remote control to turn the volume down as soon as a commercial comes on. I spoke with someone a few days ago, and we checked the settings. He said he would talk with someone in technology. I have heard nothing back, and this volume issue is extremely annoying.

The high volume of the tv when sling changes from regular programming to a commercial is intolerably loud. It is so annoying.

Please fix the volume so that it doesn't change like this.

I am a new customer, and I expect this issue to be fixed asap. Actually I am, as a new customer, disappointed in the service due to this problem.

I have talked to sling representative by phone. He was going to talk to someone and get the problem fixed. Obviously, it isn't fixed.
