I signed up for * Day free trial and after one day and just a few hours of viewing time I found that I had to leave the area for a unknown length of time. I contacted their cancellation site and told him as much and to cancel my account a week later they billed me for $** and and change. I did not use more than two or three hours for their service and they did not cancel me they just billed me. I went to their online chat site and have been online watching the chat screen * right now two and a half hours and nothing I cannot reach these people and would seriously like to know why they build me when I only used a few hours of their service and contacted them ** hours after I started this account to cancel
GetHuman-ccboyd did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
