The issue in GetHuman-dswalker's own words
I noticed a charge for Sling TV on October **th, however I had never authorized this charge nor had I ever signed up to any Sling TV subscriptions. Upon further inspection, I realized I have been unknowingly and continuously charged for Sling TV from May **th to October **th. I made sure to check if my TV's or phone were signed up with Sling and they were not. I have never personally used this service or authorized the subscription. I would like a refund for the months I have been charged (May **th-October **th).
GetHuman-dswalker did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
