During my 7-day trial period, I utilized the service to stream the Chiefs games. However, I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of $64.99 on my card for a PPV fight. My son expressed interest in watching this fight, but due to the high cost, we decided against it. He swears he did not order the fight and did not view it. He mentioned attempting to access the preliminary fights by clicking on your listing, which displayed a blank screen until the main fight started. If this purchase was accidental, I want to highlight the importance of requiring confirmation for debit card transactions. It's crucial to address this issue promptly as I cannot bear this expense, especially for a service we did not use. Kindly process a refund to my card as soon as possible.

I purchased a Sling card and loaded $25.00 on it without realizing there was an additional $2.00 tax required for the blue plan. I own a Roku, installed Sling, and set up an account using the email [redacted] and password Madelyn2007. When I attempted to add the extra $2.00 using my MY VANILLA Prepaid card, Sling kept rejecting it despite having sufficient funds. It has been a few months since this issue occurred, and now the 10-digit number on my Sling card, which I scratched off the silver covering, is not being recognized. I have encountered multiple issues as I was unable to find contact information until now, after much searching. I would like these issues fixed and some form of monetary compensation for the ongoing problems I've faced with no means of seeking help. The entire season of America's Got Talent was disrupted as the show would abruptly cut to commercials and reset, making it impossible to watch. This problem persisted throughout the season. Recently, while watching a movie featuring magicians who are thieves, the screen froze three-quarters of the way through. After waiting and ultimately closing it out, I discovered the movie was no longer available in the regular section and had been moved to the pay area. It was frustrating to be unexpectedly prompted to pay to finish watching the movie. Moreover, last night, while watching the new season of Doctor Who, the episode disappeared after I fell asleep and tried to resume watching a few hours later. I am disappointed with these recurring issues and am considering exploring other options for content like BBC and other favorites due to these ongoing challenges.

Case Number [redacted] I canceled my SlingTV subscription in June, but I have noticed that I have been billed since October [redacted] for a false account due to a typo on your end. The canceled account was linked to my correct email address [redacted], while the erroneous billing has been going to [redacted], an email account that does not exist. I believe the mistake lies on your end, and I kindly request a refund to my Visa Card ending in [redacted] for the incorrect charges. Please reach out if you require further information from me. On June 12, [redacted], I attempted to subscribe to your services from Mexico to watch the World soccer games. Unfortunately, the service did not connect to my TV in Mexico, so I promptly cancelled it. Despite this, my credit card has been charged $32.48 USD monthly since then without my authorization. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted].92 for the past 4 months. Please credit my credit card with this amount immediately. I signed up for a free trial and was vigilant about canceling on time. However, despite my efforts, I was surprised to wake up to a $58 charge this morning. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the unauthorized charge. Not only did I cancel the subscription last night, but I made sure to explain my reason for canceling. Had I known about the steep charge, I would have reconsidered keeping the subscription, especially since I can get a better deal with Spectrum for $45. I had to go back on your platform to cancel again. My bank advised me to reach out to you first for a resolution. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution to this issue.

I have been charged repeatedly by Sling for services I did not order. One of the charges was for a fight event, but I was out at the movies when it was ordered. Then there was a charge for the Han Solo movie, which I had no interest in. I called Sling but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. On the day I finally canceled my account, I was charged again for another pay-per-view event. I am upset that Sling processed these charges without confirming them with me first. I believe my account may have been compromised as I did not authorize these purchases. Despite removing my card and canceling my account, I was still charged. I am owed over $[redacted] and as a recent widow living on Social Security, I feel taken advantage of. Sling's customer service has been inadequate, and I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in resolving these unauthorized charges.

I am experiencing issues with my recording playback, specifically with my game stopping at one hour and thirteen minutes in. The video freezes when I try to watch earlier parts, both on the app and online, showing a buffering widget that then goes to a blank screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. I can view other recordings and channels without any problems, but this issue persists with this particular game. Additionally, I tried reaching out to tech support through chat around 7:30 pm, but after numerous "longer wait times" messages, the chat ended abruptly with a notification that the team had left for the day. This consistent crashing of the app is frustrating, and I am considering canceling my Sling subscription. All I want is to watch my game without interruptions.

I received an email from Sling on September 30, [redacted], stating that my account has been reactivated, which I did not request. I have been trying to contact them via internet and phone (unavailable in Canada) but have been unsuccessful. They also charged my Royal Bank account $27.53 on October 1, [redacted], not on November 1st as mentioned in the email. I want my account cancelled and a refund for the unauthorized charge. Yesterday, I engaged in a live chat with a Sling TV representative regarding an issue with my NBC channel. I am subscribed to Sling TV Blue and specifically watch NBC WCAU Channel 10 out of Philadelphia. While watching live shows like the Today show or the NBC Nightly News, I noticed that the volume is extremely low, requiring me to increase my device's volume to the maximum. Sometimes, there is no volume at all, and during segments, only the musical track is audible, with no voice tracks. This issue also extends to commercials on the channel, where only the music plays without any voices. Interestingly, I do not face this problem with the same commercials on different channels. The Sling TV representative mentioned they would investigate the matter. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

When the commercials end while I'm watching Sling on ROKU, I keep getting thrown back to the dancing logo without warning. This repeatedly disrupts my viewing experience as I have to navigate back to Sling and find my channel each time. Sometimes, I miss parts of shows and even entire movies due to this issue. It's frustrating and makes it hard to enjoy watching anything. This problem occurs frequently, and it's making me consider cancelling my Sling subscription. If Get Human is planning to respond, please allow me to skip their input. I find Get Human unhelpful. The forums seem to consist of dissatisfied users trying to assist one another, lacking an official Sling presence. It would be beneficial if this could be addressed. Thank you, Cynthia S.

Hello, I'm Scott Hillier and I am having an issue with a billing charge on my credit card from your service. I signed up for a 7-day trial of SLING TV on October 20, [redacted]. After setting it up, I tried to watch a football game on ESPN through the app but it wasn't available as promised. When I called customer service, the representative said I could cancel by October 28, [redacted]. Despite this, I was charged $32 over the weekend without receiving any billing statement beforehand. I am requesting a refund of the full $32 or at least half, $16. I tried speaking with an online representative today but didn't get any assistance. They insisted I should have canceled by the 27th. After my final billing from Sling TV, which included an HBO charge, I cancelled my account due to HBO not being available anymore. The company promised to issue a credit in the next billing cycle, but since my account is now closed, I won't benefit from this credit. Sling TV does not issue refunds, and I am frustrated because I am now left with a credit that I can't use. This lack of flexibility is disappointing considering the situation was caused by the removal of HBO from their service. I would appreciate it if Sling TV could refund the credit to my credit card for better customer service.

I have experienced inconsistent performance with Sling TV. Occasionally, it may be due to my Internet connection, but more often, it seems to be related to Sling's service. TV shows frequently have interruptions and freezing issues. The app sometimes takes a long time to load, and I face difficulties in choosing a show. Certain channels may fail to load, preventing me from watching them, while others work fine. Commercial breaks occasionally interrupt scenes mid-show. I have encountered instances where show endings are cut off abruptly. Additionally, there are instances where a commercial loop occurs, requiring me to reset the app to proceed. Sling TV also goes offline for extended periods, rendering it unwatchable. Certain channels like History, Travel, and Food Network switch to paid programming late at night, unlike on cable. These recurring issues are making my viewing experience frustrating and may lead me to discontinue using Sling TV if not resolved.

I recently paid $25 to watch a show on this service, which I believe is quite expensive for just one viewing. Unfortunately, when I tried to watch episode 10 of American Horror Story, the time kept changing. It initially said it would be available on 11/15/18 at 3:00 AM, but then it changed to 1:00 PM the same day. This is frustrating because I stayed up to watch it. I wish I could speak to a customer service representative for help, unlike the automated service of pressing 1 only to be redirected online. I am disappointed by the disorganization of this service and would like a refund. Netflix seems like a more reliable option at this point. I hope Sling TV improves their customer service and platform.

The TrueBill app made me create an account and provide my phone number, leading to a confusing process where I had to sign up for financial services, including sharing my checking account number, just to cancel a subscription. This experience has caused me to seek direct assistance from your end to ensure the cancellation before the next billing cycle. Kindly confirm the cancellation via email once completed.
