I tried to cancel my account within three days of opening it and was told I didn't qualify for the free *-day trial. That's what I signed up for. I then emailed the Sling email I was given by the representative and received two form emails in return, but neither even addressed my question. I want to cancel and get a refund immediately or I will report Sling to the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media. My cell number is ***-***-****. Jennifer Biggs
