Hi, my free trial recently finished and I was still charged for it even after I canceled my subscription. I went through the whole cancellation process, saying it was too expensive and opting out of getting the cheaper service offered. Yet, even after I canceled it I was still charged. I knew my check was not going to go in my account for me to pay so I canceled my subscription, yet my card was declined at the market when I tried to buy food for my baby. Why? Because I was charged $** for a service that I had supposedly canceled. I request a refund
GetHuman-narutobo did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
