Called Sling TV and service rep was very unknowledgeable. If this issue is not resolved soon I will be switching to another streaming provider.

The issue in GetHuman-dysonb's own words
When I close out Sling app on Roku my Continue Watching history is erased. I tried closing out first using the home button and second backing out until I get the exit prompt. As soon as I go back in there are no shows in my Continue Watching area. As long as I do not exit the app the shows appear in Continue Watching area.
They can make this right by fixing the problem and change my account settings back to where they were before upgrades in August!!!
I have been a customer for over * years.
I've tried rebooting, upgrading software, and different ways of exiting app.

The issue miraculously fixed itself on October **th. Not sure if calling them a month a go was the reason. This has happened before where the same situation fixed itself without calling to complain.
