I have the blue package(* streams). My brother purchased another roku device tried and did connect it successfully .he was supposed to eliminate one source(laptop which was broken) but could not or know how to !! I was charged **.** for the extra device ! When I tried to access my account, was not able to with a bad password warning !! Please restore it to one account ,only, or stop any and all service before the next billing cycle!!! Cancel the sling service and I will restart it freshly when I see evidence of the cancellation !!
GetHuman-dvdshnkm did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
