You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

My mother lives in Austria and she uses skype frequently to make phone calls to Portugal. She has been using this for over * years now, so you could consider her a very loyal client. **She's currently experiencing a very unpleasant problem and no one is providing her with solutions, which is making her question if she wants to continue using Skype. **She monthly pays this *€ subscription, and just like every other time, she did this on the **th of June and landed on the account on the **th, she has all the information and details on this account to where the money went. If requested, she can provide this type of file. **HOWEVER, Skype is claiming the usual *** minutes on the cellphone are active, however, in her account, it shows as if she had no subscriptions. **How can I can an e-mail contact straight to Skype's costumer service in order to solve this problem?
