Hi, I'm Okan Erkin Yahyaoglu using the Skype ID: yahyaogluerkinokan and the registered email address [redacted] from where I'm sending this email. I would like to request that you review my chat with the Display Name: sheila paloma live:.cid.c2a1ee0e76add88a. In the chat, you will see that I am being threatened and asked for money. I have already sent money twice, but the demands have not stopped. I urgently require the full chat to be downloaded, along with the connection IP and Timestamp information, so I can forward it to the Turkish embassy in Manila and the cybercrime Police in Manila as evidence to put a stop to this distressing situation. Your assistance in checking the chat is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and kindness. On Skype Desktop, Best Regards, Erkin Yahyaoglu

My correct account is easdale1, which I use on both my phone and computer. I added funds to my account to make a call, but it wasn't accepted on my phone. I ended up adding funds through my PC, unknowingly creating a new account under Lauren Wilken. I managed to make the call on my phone, but I need the charges from the secondary account canceled or refunded. Someone was supposed to call me back this afternoon, but it seems they are experiencing difficulties. Feel free to reach me at +1.[redacted] if it is more convenient. Thank you.

I previously had a Skype account associated with [redacted], but this email is no longer in use. I attempted to create a new account with my current email, [redacted] However, Skype is having difficulty verifying my identity. Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the specific answers to the verification questions they are asking, which is preventing me from accessing my account. I simply want to update my email, reset my password, or create a new account so I can use Skype again. I have not utilized Skype for years but now have a need for it. I have filled out the troubleshooting form but have not received a response, which is very frustrating. I am requesting assistance from a live chat or a human representative to resolve this issue. Thank you for your anticipated help.

Hello, I haven't used my Skype account for a long time, maybe a year or more. When I tried to log in last night, I realized I forgot my password. I attempted to reset it but couldn't recall my Skype username, so I used one of my email addresses. Strangely, the account I accessed had no contacts. Could this be because I didn't remember my Skype name and used an email instead? Later, I remembered my Skype name - amaralis11, but ran into verification problems. I tried to provide 3 contacts and then emails and subjects, but as I don't use email often, it was challenging to recall. I can prove ownership of the account if given the chance to speak with a person. I have old emails from when there were issues setting up my Skype account, which I can share as evidence. I urgently need access as I have important contacts on Skype that I don't have alternative ways to reach. Thank you for your assistance.

I am GARY LAJOIE, and I have noticed a monthly charge of $25 on my account. Despite only using $5 to $7 worth some months, $25 is consistently withdrawn. I was under the impression that the charge occurs when the account reaches $5. Can you please clarify this for me? Additionally, you can reach me at [redacted]27 in Thailand, but I would appreciate a contact number to speak directly with a customer service representative. I am disappointed with the situation and feel it's best to cancel my Skype contract after being a customer for 10 to 12 years. It seems like I am not valued as a customer, and I believe I may find a better deal elsewhere with a company that prioritizes customer concerns. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, Two days ago, I mistakenly placed the below order and immediately sent you two emails regarding this issue. However, upon checking my account, I noticed the charge is still present. I intended to only top up my Skype credit for external calls to landlines or mobile phones, not to subscribe to a plan for India. Please cancel this order and send a confirmation to this email address: [redacted] As a precaution, I definitely want to CANCEL at the earliest opportunity. I kindly request a confirmation for this as well, sent to the same email address. Thank you for your assistance, Elke K. I recently received a new credit card as my old one expired. I have been trying to update the card number on the system multiple times, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful. Despite emailing support several times, I have not received any response. Consequently, my account got canceled, and I'm unable to sign in or create a new account with the same email address. I requested a phone number to call but received no response. I also asked for a callback on [redacted]4, but no one has reached out to help resolve this issue. As I am currently deployed overseas and rely on Skype, I urgently need assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a Skype account, but my credit card was compromised, and now it can't auto-charge. Reinstating the account online was difficult. I need help with this because Skype's system is not easy to use. I mistakenly paid for something I didn't want while trying to reinstate the account. Please assist me in updating my account with a new credit card number. My Skype username is mazi.ehrenfeld, and my Skype phone number was [redacted].

My Skype account has been compromised. I used my original email address to create the account. The hacker has now changed the verified email to theirs. Despite filling out the account recovery form multiple times, Skype does not acknowledge me as the rightful owner. I have already canceled my subscriptions and received refunds, but I still cannot regain access to my account. I believe Skype could easily verify my identity by sending an email to my original email address linked to the account. However, I keep being instructed to either complete the form again or start over with a new account.

I'm seeking advice on resolving a complex situation with my Skype account. I had an old account connected to an email address from a defunct provider and my current phone number, which I can't access. Trying to create a new account with a new email is hindered by my "taken" phone number and an inability to recover the old account due to the inactive email. I attempted to add a new phone number, but it appears inaccessible. The lack of online live support from Skype exacerbates the issue. Repeated password resets on the new account fail due to recognition issues, compounded by the phone number problem. Even changing the password leads to further complications. I am at a loss on how to proceed without altering my phone number or adding another line. Any suggestions?

I need help resolving my issues with Skype. I had an old account tied to an email that no longer exists and my previous phone number. I can't create a new account with my current email as the phone number is "already taken." Trying to access my old account requires a code sent to my defunct email. I attempted to add a new phone number but couldn't access it. Without online live help from Skype, I struggle. Each time I log into my new account, I must reset the password, facing problems with the phone number. When resetting my password, it rejects recent ones and demands a new change. I'm stuck and seek advice on using Skype efficiently without altering my phone number or adding a new line.

I am struggling to access Skype for my pain doctor appointments despite being a 72-year-old cancer patient battling stage 4 Lung cancer, tinnitus, and eye changes from chemo. Using my Android tablet and phone, I encounter issues when trying to type on Skype. The text disappears when I try to enter the next line, and an error message pops up in red. Opting for the voice option, I can only hear louder voices and miss the softer ones. For my appointment today, I've been asked to drive to the office, where they'll provide me with a tablet. However, this solution may not be feasible every month, particularly in the extreme heat of my southern state. I rely on pain medication to manage my daily struggles, along with frequent appointments for chemo and imaging. I'm determined to fight this illness, as my doctor mentioned that treatment will be lifelong. I greatly appreciate any assistance in navigating these challenges.

I encountered a technical issue on Skype around two weeks ago. While in a call with a friend in the morning, we experienced poor call quality and got disconnected. After trying to reconnect, I received an error message instructing me to sign out and back in, which I did. However, I couldn't reach my friend again. The call initially showed as a missed call, then switched to displaying as no answer. I am worried about my friend in Mexico City, as we typically talk weekly but now I am unable to connect with him. I am anxious about his and his family's well-being during the pandemic. Is there a way to confirm if he is receiving the calls on his end? Could you assist me, please? The contact's name on my end is Julio Sevilla or live:sevilla170378.

I recently downloaded Skype on my desktop and completed the payment setup. However, when I click on the Skype icon, nothing happens. It keeps showing the last screen I had open and won't go to the sign-in page. I'm getting frustrated and have decided I might not need this after all. I suspect there could be multiple accounts linked to my phone number. I would like to cancel the program entirely and consider reinstalling it at a later time.

I want to cancel my Skype subscription. I haven't used it in over two years, and I have no plans to use Skype in the future. Despite attempting to cancel my subscription in June [redacted], I noticed that I was still charged for the past year. It seems like your Skype subscription is set to renew soon. The subscription for your 'Skype Number, 12 month subscription' will automatically renew on Jul 16, [redacted], with a charge of $52.26, including taxes. The recurring subscription will continue unless you cancel, and the payment for the next period will be taken three days before the current one ends. To avoid further charges, make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel it anytime by accessing your account page and selecting the subscription to cancel. Be informed about any future price adjustments. For any queries, please refer to Your Account or visit our customer support page.

My mother, residing in Austria, has been a loyal Skype user for over 5 years, frequently using it to make calls to Portugal. Unfortunately, she is currently facing an unresolved issue that is making her reconsider continuing with Skype. She subscribes monthly for 8€, with the latest payment made on June 28th reflecting in her account by the 30th. She possesses all the necessary transaction details. However, Skype indicates that the [redacted] minutes on her cellphone are active, but her account reflects no subscriptions. I would appreciate guidance on contacting Skype's customer service via email to rectify this situation.
