I keep receiving notifications from BBVA about a $2.99 monthly charge for a service from SKYPE.COM/GO/BILL that I never signed up for. Despite numerous attempts over several months, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I want to close this account and receive a refund for all previous charges. I had no issues with Skype for the first hour, but when I tried to log in again, it wouldn't accept my password. Following the instructions, I changed my password but then encountered an error message indicating an issue with my account. I was prompted to contact Skype for assistance. Despite checking the suggested site for help, everything seemed fine with my account. However, navigating through various links only led to dead ends, possibly due to a recent credit card replacement that resulted in a new card number. I'm struggling to inform Skype about this change as my attempts are being rejected. If this matter remains unresolved in the next few days, I am considering switching to a different service with more effective customer support. How can I resolve this issue?

I was surprised to see unexpected charges on my bank statement for the past three months related to Skype. I had gotten a temporary US phone number during my stay in Scotland from January to June and had since canceled it. However, I encountered difficulty in accessing my Skype account due to security verification issues linked to my Microsoft email after changing my US phone number. Dear Customer Support Team, I have been attempting tirelessly to close my account due to the inability to change my username. The process has been extremely challenging and frustrating with constant verifications and security loops, despite having my password, associated email, and phone numbers available. My username, Seosiebaby, is linked to an old hotmail account, [redacted] I have spent hours online watching tutorials, but closing a Skype account should not be this complex. I reside in the USA and own a property in Japan. I've noticed fluctuations in my Skype credit, causing varying costs for the same duration of calls. I typically utilize Skype credit for payments. I'm considering subscribing; could this be a more stable method? My US cell provider, T-Mobile, charges 25 cents per minute. To avoid these charges in Japan, I'm interested in obtaining a US Skype phone number. Additionally, I'd like a local Japanese number for family and friends to avoid long-distance fees. I'm seeking to have both US and Japan Skype numbers simultaneously. Could there be a flat rate for all calls with an unlimited plan? I'll be in Japan for 5 weeks. I reside in Egypt and frequently use Skype to connect with friends and businesses in the UK. Currently, I am encountering login problems with my Skype account. An error message appears at the top of my Skype screen prompting me to sign back in. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to access my account. I have been attempting to cancel my Skype number for a year now, but I have not been successful. Despite my efforts, Skype keeps charging me for a number I have no intention of using. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties with the Skype system, as my account has been disabled. The links on the Skype site that are supposed to facilitate the cancellation process do not work. What should be a simple procedure has turned into a frustrating loop of dead ends, leaving me feeling trapped in this situation without any viable solutions in sight.

Hello, I recently canceled my credit card but have already paid for a 12-month package. I have added a new card and am willing to pay for my subscription. However, when I tried to delete my old card, the system mentioned that I would need to cancel my US number subscription. I simply want to change the payment method and not cancel anything. I would like to request the termination of the Skype subscription World Package - unlimited calls to mobile and landlines. The Microsoft account listed is: live:7d19e68cbfefa2c1 for a monthly fee of 15.47 €. The confirmation for the renewal is sent to the email: [redacted] and the payment is deducted from the PayPal account [redacted] I no longer have access to an account (deleted) to cancel the subscription, as you can see there has never been any usage concerning this subscription since we have another Skype account that we use. I had an unpleasant encounter with a Domino’s branch I have ordered from for years. Last night, my order was delivered nearly an hour after receiving a message claiming my driver was en route. Roughly forty minutes into waiting, I received a call from the driver saying he was waiting outside. However, when I went out, he wasn't there. When I called the store, the manager suggested I might have received an automated message, which I disputed as I know the difference between automated and live calls. The manager put me on hold, but did not return to clarify. Instead, the driver called me to explain that he was outside another house. The order reached me after 50 minutes and was cold, needing to be reheated. Despite living merely five minutes away, I chose delivery for convenience, but the declined customer service, possibly due to poor management, has led me to consider ordering from a more distant Domino’s for better service.

I attempted to cancel my account over two months ago but faced a technical issue that prevented me from doing so, possibly due to my location in Vietnam. Despite being assured that my account would be closed and no further charges would occur, I was still billed in October. After reaching out to Skype customer support, I was informed of a serious violation of their terms, which I have no knowledge of committing. I was reassured that my account would be terminated and fees waived. To my dismay, I discovered another charge for my subscription recently. I emailed a few days ago without a response. I kindly request the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the charges from the last two months (around $7). I am eagerly awaiting your swift resolution to this matter.

I recently received an email stating my subscription was canceled, even though I did not cancel it myself. After reaching out to Skype's live chat support, I was told that an agent may have mistakenly canceled it. They assured me it was rectified and reactivated. Despite seeing the cancellation message, I trusted it was resolved. Unfortunately, I now realize my 1-month world subscription is inactive. I never requested any cancellations, so I am seeking assistance with this issue.

I am concerned about identity theft. I believe my identity has been stolen; my name is Misty Griffith. I have no knowledge of Skype nor have I ever used it. I want the person responsible for stealing my personal information and identity to be prosecuted. I hope to resolve this matter promptly to prevent further damage to my life.

Hello, my name is Ronald Roy. In December [redacted], I was charged around $30 for a Skype username I believe is sonyranger. Unfortunately, I have been unable to connect with Skype for clarification, correction, or a refund. Since Skype stopped supporting my MacBook operating system, I have been unable to use the service. When I try to input the username sonyranger now, it shows as nonexistent. However, I did receive a billing notice on November 17th for approximately $30 due on December 17th. On 12/9/[redacted], my phone account was compromised, and my email was altered without my consent. Initially: [redacted] Compromised: [redacted] Furthermore, my PayPal account was incorrectly billed more than 20 times for 10 euros each within 20 minutes right after the email was changed. Strangely, around three charges were refunded, but I am still incorrectly billed a total of [redacted] euros.

My Mac Skype account was hacked on December 9th, [redacted], and my email was changed without my knowledge. Original: [redacted] Hacked: [redacted] Additionally, my PayPal account was incorrectly charged over 20 times for 10 euros each within a 20-minute time frame right after the email was changed. Though around three charges were refunded, I am still being overcharged by a total of [redacted] euros.

My spouse and I were using Skype under the username "abbas.judybaba" and the email address "[redacted]" We have never blocked any contacts. Recently, my wife created a new account with her email address "[redacted]" Now, our Skype name displays as "Abbas and Judy Baba." I have a contact (my sister) in Iraq named "Amina my sister" with the phone number +[redacted] [redacted]. Every time I attempt to call her through Skype, I receive a message stating, "Contact blocked by Skype." I kindly request your assistance in unblocking the aforementioned contact or guiding me on how to do it myself. I eagerly await your response. Best regards.

I activated a monthly subscription in November for 60 minutes of free calls to Iran. I followed the cancellation instructions on support.skype.com and received an email confirming the cancellation. However, I then received another email stating I would be charged €7.93 from 01/10/[redacted], instructing me to cancel it from My Account. When I try to check, it says the subscription is already canceled. Can someone clarify if the cancellation was successful and if I will still be charged? If not, what steps should I take next?
