I’m was debited through PayPal on ********* $**.** two times for a total of $**.**, when I haven’t had any activity since *********. On ********* I established a required line of credit for ten minutes use. However, subsequent to that I never used your service because conditions changed which did not require the use of the Skype service. Therefore, I request that you refund the funds you recently debit on ********* through PayPal. I have no account with your company.
