GetHuman-philbroo's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Skype doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-philbroo will need to dig through the advice provided by Skype, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-philbroo can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-philbroo's own words
An image that was sent via text during a * way phone call popped back up for the sender during the conversation. Trying to determine why that might have happened? To be clear, * people on the call. Persons A, B, and C. Person A sent an image via Skype chat to persons B and C. Person A then resumed conversation with chat portion of window closed. During ongoing conversation with persons B and C, the image popped back up on Person A's screen during conversation. Neither Person B or C had sent the image back and neither one was touching their computers. All * were chatting via laptop and in fact persons B and C were in the same room together. The image just popped up out of the blue as an overlay on Person A's screen, which at the time the chat window was closed and only Person B and Person C's cameras were visible. It opened with a little pop-up sound mid-conversation. Can you explain why this would happen? I would think this could only happen if Person B or Person C downloaded the image and then went to the trouble to re-introduce it to the Skype chat stream, resending it back to only Person A (Person's B and C did NOT see it).
GetHuman-philbroo did not yet indicate what Skype should do to make this right.
