I used my credit card to pay **p into my microsoft account to prove I was over **. Effectively, I acted as if I was my parents (both dead - I'm **!) giving myself (their 'child') permission to access my own skype account - which I have operated successfully for many, many years until this latest madness came along (and don't even get me started on the latest skype version which is beyond awful). Whoever coded this latest Microsoft debacle is a clown of some magnitude and should be fired. The 'help' system (an oxymoron I reckon) was very, very unhelpful - it took me many hours to get a solution to my problem (which should never have been a problem). The total absence of a helpline phone number was frustrating in extremis. To say I'm unimpressed with Microsoft*Skype doesn't even get close!!
