Hello, a few months ago, I made a reservation through Skyscanner with Gotogate from Israel to Thailand (order number L5l64L). Two weeks ago, Turkish Airlines canceled one of the flights. Since then, I have been trying every day to reach Gotogate by emails and phone to get a refund, but they have not responded. Turkish Airlines also mentioned they could not assist. After searching for helpful information online, I discovered that Gotogate may be fraudulent based on numerous reviews from people facing the same issue. Some customers shared that Skyscanner assisted them in obtaining a refund from the agency. As a long-time customer who trusts Skyscanner, I believe you will do your best to ensure your service remains secure and reliable. I really need your assistance as I have paid them over $[redacted]. I used Skyscanner to look for flight options from Prince George, BC, Canada to YVR in May [redacted]. They redirected me to Go to the Gate where I attempted to book a flight. After paying, the site stated no charge if the flight was not confirmed by the airline. Despite the computer indicating it was waiting for confirmation for about 20 minutes, it eventually displayed that it could not confirm the booking. Assuming the transaction wasn't successful, I left. Later, I discovered in my junk mail that the ticket had been confirmed after the flight had departed. No refunds were offered. This experience was unprecedented for me. How could the website keep searching for options after informing me the flight was unconfirmed? If this practice is accepted, double bookings could occur frequently. I contacted Go to the Gate for a refund due to a possible computer error, but they redirected me to the airline, which doesn't refund missed flights. This is not an airline issue but one with Go to the Gate. Skyscanner holds some responsibility for recommending unreliable agents and should assist in holding them accountable, as they directed me to Go to the Gate. If they can lead users to disreputable agents, why bother with Skyscanner? I could have conducted the search independently.

Hello, my name is Angie Murphy. I have flights booked to Portugal Faro for the 25th of July for myself and my family from Ireland. Given the current situation with COVID-19 in Portugal, we are concerned about the safety and would like to inquire about changing our flights to the same time next year or receiving vouchers instead. Hello, I purchased a flight ticket from Mexico City to Merida through your website. Although Expedia confirmed the booking and charged my account, when I arrived at the airport, I was told there was no ticket booked, just an empty reservation. Despite receiving an email from Expedia claiming there was an issue with my card, my bank verified that the payment went through. Expedia suggested I contact Aeromexico for a refund, but Aeromexico requires a ticket number that Expedia did not provide since they claim no ticket was issued. This caused frustration as I booked via Skyscanner, which redirected me to Expedia. I have not received any assistance from Expedia and they have not responded to my emails. This experience with Expedia has been disappointing, and I am unsure how to proceed to get my money back. I have the emails saved as PDF files for reference. Their lack of response and failure to provide a ticket after taking payment is unacceptable. It is concerning that they are allowed on your platform. I have also attempted to contact them by phone, but the long waiting times are unreasonable. This situation needs to be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I made a reservation on the Expedia website for an Aeromexico flight from Mexico City to Merida on June 4, [redacted], departing at 3 p.m. Following payment of 98 euros, I received a confirmation email with my itinerary. However, upon arriving at the airport the next day, I was informed that no ticket was booked under my name and advised to contact Expedia. Upon checking my email, I found a notification about a problem with my card ending in [redacted]. Despite the deduction from my account, I had to email Expedia the 6-digit verification number as requested. Subsequently, I contacted Aeromexico, who informed me they couldn't assist without a ticket number, which I did not possess. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Expedia, they have not responded to my emails. I paid for a ticket that was never provided, and both companies seem unable to rectify the situation, leaving me without a flight or a refund. It's a frustrating situation, and I am at a loss for further steps to take.

Hello, my name is Avraham BK. I recently made flight bookings from Tel Aviv to JFK on 9/12/21 at 12:45 AM, then from JFK to LAX on 9/14/21 at 17:59, and finally from LAX back to Tel Aviv on 10/10/21 at 11:30 AM. I encountered an issue where my credit card was charged twice for each flight booking due to errors on the website. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email confirmations, so I contacted the airline, El Al, and was informed that the flights were not successfully booked. I kindly request the cancellation of both transactions to avoid any further charges on my credit card. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, My name is Stanislav M. Yesterday, I found a flight on your website that directed me to purchase options on other suggested sites. I chose BudgetAir, entered my information for my wife and me, and inputted my credit card details for two roundtrip tickets from Los Angeles to Tashkent. While the site charged my credit card $[redacted].28, I did not receive a confirmation on BudgetAir's site or any email or SMS confirming the purchase. The flight cost was $[redacted].28 with an additional $25 each for extra services from BudgetAir. As a frequent user of your site, this is the first time I've encountered this issue of being charged without confirmation, and I am concerned about potential fraud. I made a flight reservation from Dubai to Malta, with a layover in Birmingham, UK, and the return from Malta to London through Gotogate. My booking reference code is LAODFQ. Despite purchasing flexible booking, advertised on Skyscanner, it seems to be misleading. I encountered challenges trying to cancel through Gotogate and had to contact the airlines directly, resulting in additional costs. Ryanair mentioned only date changes are possible at double the cost, not cancellations or vouchers. Malta's COVID entry rules changed suddenly, affecting my unvaccinated son, prompting the cancellation. I am seeking a full refund and urge for a resolution with Gotogate for this false advertising issue. Sadly, today is the return flight, and I am unable to reach anyone for assistance.

Hello, I'm Sarah Askari, calling on behalf of my mother, Sheyda Askari or Sheyda Daryabegi. She purchased a business class flight ticket from Los Angeles to San Francisco through Skyscanner with United Airlines. Unfortunately, she had to cancel her flight due to illness and received a credit for the ticket. When contacting United Airlines, I was informed that they need the airline record locator from Skyscanner to locate her ticket information. United Airlines explained that they require either the airline code or ticket number from Skyscanner since the booking was made through a third-party search engine. Despite my attempts to retrieve this information from United Airlines, they directed me back to Skyscanner as they combine ticket numbers and airlines to find the lowest fare, making it challenging for United Airlines to access the records. I am seeking assistance in obtaining my mother's airline ticket number as she does not remember which airline she flew with. Additionally, I would like clarification on how the credit for the cancelled flight process works.

I am struggling to find a way to contact your customer service by phone as all the numbers listed on the website are not working. I am disappointed with the lack of support provided to clients like myself who trust your services. I need to change my flight from August 19th to the 20th due to a mistake I made when booking, influenced by the confusing date and time options presented and my ADHD condition. My flight with Turkish Airlines from Dar es Salaam to Lisbon with a layover in Istanbul is scheduled for tomorrow, and I cannot afford to travel then. Good morning, I made a reservation with you on August 7th for a flight on August 17th from Catania, Italy to Athens, Greece. I was charged €[redacted].11 by Aegean Airlines with confirmation number [redacted]. I received the confirmation but upon arrival at Catania airport, they couldn't find my reservation. I had to purchase new tickets for my wife and me. Since returning to the United States, I have tried to contact Aegean and Exploretrip but have not received any responses. Dear all, I wanted to share my experience regarding a canceled flight from Luxembourg to Argentina. The airline automatically rebooked me for a different day without my consent. After multiple calls to British Airways, I was advised to seek a refund. Despite their website stating that payments were made directly to British Airways, I was directed to contact Skyscanner for the refund process. I am reaching out in hopes of finding a resolution without being redirected back to the airline. Please assist me in resolving this matter as the situation remains unresolved. We booked flights from London to Hawaii through Budget Air for a trip in August [redacted]. We were promised a refund, but despite multiple emails and chats, we still haven't received it. Budget Air keeps making excuses and is unresponsive. The booking reference is BUK [redacted]5. Emails show the refund process started in July [redacted], but as of November, we're still waiting. Westjet confirmed the refund was approved but mentioned Budget Air needs to request it. Budget Air stated in August [redacted] that the refund was approved and would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks, but now there's no progress. We contacted Budget Air and Westjet, but the issue persists. Budget Air claims they are discussing with their finance team to resolve the matter.

Hello, I recently searched for flights from Dublin to St. Martin on your website, and I was directed to book through MyTrip as per your suggestion. I proceeded with the booking and payment based on the information provided. However, after further research online, I found out that MyTrip is potentially a fraudulent company, and there have been instances where the booked "flight" was actually a train ticket. I purchased a ticket via SkyScanner from BudgetAir a few weeks back. I suspect I mistakenly input the wrong email address because I haven't received the confirmation or e-ticket. I've tried finding a way to reach BudgetAir for assistance, but I couldn't locate a contact number. Unfortunately, my phone service doesn't allow calls to [redacted] numbers. I simply want to speak to a customer service representative to rectify the email address error soI can receive the ticket for my upcoming trip in 10 days. I used Skyscanner to compare and book a ticket on BudgetAir's website. Their customer service team is unreachable. They haven't issued the tickets or sent a receipt for my son's booking. My wife's title is incorrect despite my emails not getting any response. With only 3 days left before our flight, I'm unsure what to do. I've emailed them three times with no update. The complaint procedure doesn't work for me since it's only for European countries.

I attempted to book 2 Ryanair flights for Monday, December 6th, from Malaga to Edinburgh at 08:10 am. Unfortunately, during the booking process, my transaction froze before I could complete the payment. Although £89 was deducted from my account, I did not receive any confirmation of the booking. Upon reaching out to Ryanair for a refund, I was informed that no flights were booked under my name and advised to contact the third party involved.
