My flight from Moscow to Istanbul, connecting to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), has been canceled. I urgently need assistance with rebooking my flight to Los Angeles. Additionally, I require a new ticket for the Astrakhan to Moscow leg of the journey due to the unexpected cancellation and lack of notification. I need guidance on alternative routes, flight schedules, and a luggage exception of 20 kg as I was charged extra for luggage weight at the airport. Furthermore, I have purchased flight insurance and would like to file a claim for reimbursement for any losses incurred as a result of the cancellation. Hello, My name is Hadi Mallat. I made a flight booking for my friend Azar Zakaria on 22.01.[redacted] for a round trip from Beirut to Bucharest on 11 May [redacted] to 15 May [redacted]. E-ticket number: [redacted][redacted] Booking reference: EJQIFZ I used my Visa debit card to book the flight through the Travelgenio website via Skyscanner. Unfortunately, the Tarom flight has been canceled. I have tried calling Travelgenio in the US, UK, and Spain multiple times for a refund without any success. I have also sent them numerous emails as a reminder, but I have not received any response. Hello, I purchased a ticket through Skyscanner, which I do every year. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of your agents named "Travel Up." They refunded my ticket from Qatar Airways on June 27th without informing me. This led to me going to the airport on July 5th, incurring costs for a taxi and parking, causing a lot of stress. I am reaching out to Skyscanner because I have always used your services, but "Travel Up" has let me down. I am seeking reimbursement for the expenses I incurred due to their mistake. I booked two flights last November through Skyscanner: EasyJet from Edinburgh to Madrid on 18th September and EasyJet from Madrid to Edinburgh on 21st September. I have received email confirmations for both flights. I recently tried to change my outward flight to 17th September, but I noticed that the flight doesn't show up in my online account, and the reference number provided is invalid. Strangely, the email confirmation for the outbound flight lists my address in Doha instead of Scotland. I have been unable to reach a human at EasyJet to resolve this issue, and their email support has been unhelpful. Hello, I have relied on skyscanner to find the best international flight deals for my trips. In January [redacted], I used skyscanner and booked through TRIPAIR for a journey to South America in May [redacted], which was canceled due to COVID-19 and travel restrictions. Unfortunately, our attempts to secure a refund directly through LATAM and QANTAS were unsuccessful because the booking was made through a travel agency (Tripair). We have been struggling to get a response from Tripair regarding the refund or cancellation of our flight. Contacting them by phone from Asia has been challenging due to the lack of call center representatives in the region. Hello, I am Kevin J. Hurd, and I had booked a ticket with confirmation number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for a trip starting on June 28th, [redacted] from Medford, Oregon, with stops in various cities, and ending in Amsterdam on June 30, [redacted]. Due to changes in entry rules to Amsterdam, I am eligible for a refund, which I started the process for. I have communicated with United Airlines but have yet to contact Allegiant Air. United Airlines advised me to reach out to the travel agency, Skyscanner, for a refund since the ticket was purchased through them. I booked a round trip flight and encountered a connectivity issue after entering my payment details which resulted in a charge of $[redacted].94 from Spirit Airlines. Despite this being $20 more than expected, I was willing to proceed. However, Spirit confirmed only a one-way ticket was booked, which is unacceptable. I reached out for a refund, but Spirit declined citing their policy. Given the issue occurred on the website, I am hoping for assistance with a refund or alternative flights. Good evening, I booked a ticket on Skyscanner.net on 23/07/[redacted], and I do this quite often. However, this time I've been experiencing issues. I've been trying to contact someone for three weeks with no success. I came across this forum and hope you can assist me. My flight was from Hannover to Warsaw and then to Vilnius on 07/09/[redacted]. The confirmation number is QJBKUW, with Booking ID [redacted]. The return flight was from Vilnius to Warsaw and then back to Hannover on 21/09/[redacted]. Unfortunately, three days after booking, I received a cancellation. Hello, I am a project coordinator at a Lithuanian school and I booked two flights through Tripair in November [redacted] for our ERASMUS+ project. The flights were scheduled for March 30, [redacted], flying with Turkish Airlines from Riga to Adana, and returning on April 4, [redacted]. One group had 7 passengers with reservation code RIAS24, and the other smaller group had 3 passengers on reservation code RGTTFL. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus epidemic, the flights were canceled. Despite being assured by Turkish Airlines that I would receive a refund, Tripair has been unresponsive to my calls and emails. I was surprised by their lack of assistance. After attempting to contact them, I received a confusing email in May regarding refund options. I requested a refund but have not received any further communication. Upon checking Trustpilot, I discovered others had similar experiences and some suggested seeking help from Skyscanner customer service to obtain their refunds. Hello, I booked a flight from Bangkok to London on March 31st through SkyScanner with EVA Air. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled. Despite my efforts, I haven't received a response from EVA Air when trying to contact them. The refunds page does not recognize my booking number. I have also reached out to SkyScanner since they are the name on my credit card, assuming they are responsible for the refund. I have provided screenshots of the canceled flight email and all the necessary details over a month ago, but I still haven't heard back. I am currently stranded in Bali. I recently made a booking from Thessaloniki to Copenhagen for a flight on 2nd September using Skyscanner's services. They provided me a booking reference W5L9RS and mentioned that I would receive a confirmation email from Ryanair within 24 hours. However, I haven't received any confirmation email and cannot locate my reservation on Ryanair's website. Ryanair informed me that the booking exists but under a different email address. My email is [redacted], and there seems to be an error causing me to be unable to find my booking. It's frustrating as I've already paid for this and now face the possibility of not being able to travel. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

Hello, I purchased a flight ticket from Tel Aviv to Crete through Skyscanner using Joombofly travel agency over 72 hours ago. They charged my card immediately, but I haven't received any confirmation of my ticket. I've sent them four emails a day with no response. There is no contact number available, and they only replied after 48 hours with three different options than what I originally booked. I need urgent assistance as today is the last day for me to do a Corona check before my flight, which requires showing the flight ticket. I've heard negative reviews about Joombofly being scams and seeking your help urgently to keep my original booking without any additional fees due to their lack of professionalism. Our flight departure time was changed and moved up by an hour without any notification. Consequently, we were left with no alternative flights back to Alice Springs, ultimately leading to additional expenses to secure alternative transportation due to work and personal commitments. Furthermore, we were compelled to make accommodation arrangements because of the lack of communication from the airline. It seems that several families, including ours, missed this flight as a result of the sudden change. Although my husband and daughter will be on the subsequent flight with the same airline, it will not be a direct journey either. The outbound flight to Darwin also presented challenges as the intended direct flight was delayed by 90 minutes. To add to the inconvenience, an unexpected stop was inserted into the route, causing us to miss out on planned events at our destination. Once again, there was a lack of communication from the airline regarding these modifications.

We made a booking via Kiwi.com following a link from Skyscanner for two one-way flights from Barcelona to Heathrow on British Airways for £[redacted]. The departure date was April 26th. Unfortunately, Kiwi canceled our booking the night before our flight and has yet to refund us. They offered Kiwi credits instead of a refund, contradicting their policy of allowing customers to choose their refund method when bookings are canceled within 48 hours of the flight. Hello, I am attempting to reach out to Skyscanner for assistance. My wife purchased tickets for herself and our son for flights from Budapest to Panama and back on January 6, [redacted]. The Panama to Budapest leg of the flight with KLM was canceled due to COVID-19. KLM stated they refunded the amount to Lastminute.com (Brava adventure, Bravofly). However, I am unable to contact Lastminute.com for customer support as there are no available email addresses or phone numbers. When I input my booking ID or phone number, the automated response mentions a refund being issued via email or SMS, yet we have not received any communication or refund. Dear Customer Service, I have been a loyal customer of Skyscanner for many years. However, my recent experience with purchasing a ticket through travel2be has left me extremely disappointed. Due to the covid-19 situation, I had to cancel my journey, but travel2be has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite my attempts to contact them for a voucher or assistance with rebooking, they have ignored all my emails. This forced me to cancel through Emirates. I am appalled by the lack of customer service from travel2be and will be leaving negative reviews wherever I can. I have even sought legal advice on this matter. I urge you to reconsider your partnership with travel2be as there are numerous complaints online about their poor service.
