My name is Vasiliki Toufaki and I have booked a ticket from Thessaloniki to Copenhagen for *nd September two days ago. I used Skyscanner services and they sent me an email with the booking reference W*L*RS. They also told me that I will receive a confirmation eimail from Ryanair within **hours. I did not receive anything and I cannot find my reservation on the system on Ryanair's website. *I contacted them and they told me that there is a reservation with this booking reference but it has been booked on a different email. My email is *****@***.com and apparently you have made something wrong and I cannot find my booking. **IT IS REALLY UNFAIR WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE I PAID AND I AM NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL! *Please respond to my query!
GetHuman-vasiatou did not yet indicate what SkyScanner.com should do to make this right.
