Hello, I have a concern about a recent purchase I made through Skyscanner via their partner, Trip.com. After receiving an email from Skyscanner indicating that Trip.com had not confirmed my booking for a flight to Nadi, I contacted Trip.com using the provided number. Trip.com informed me that my ticket would be issued a week before my departure, which I find unacceptable given that I am traveling with my family. I expressed the need for assurance of my booking and the ability to select seats. The representative assured me that my ticket would be expedited in a few days. Shortly after, I received a message from Trip.com stating that they had received advance payment for my booking and that I would need to show my passport at the airport to obtain a boarding pass. This process is unfamiliar and inconvenient as I expected to receive my ticket well in advance to manage check-in, seat selection, and other preferences. My family and I are traveling to Fiji to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, making this trip significant. The uncertainty regarding my ticket and the boarding process is causing unnecessary stress. On November 16, [redacted], I tried to book a flight with United Airlines from DTW to Ontario, CA, for $[redacted]. While navigating the booking process, I became confused and anxious. I eventually cancelled the flight, including the flight insurance. I received an email confirming the cancellation and the refund of the insurance fee. The email only provided my reservation number, not a confirmation number. United Airlines informed me there was no record of my booking or cancellation when I inquired on November 18, [redacted]. They suggested I contact customer service for assistance. I urgently need to understand the status of my refund and book a one-way flight from Mi to Ca for around $[redacted]-$[redacted] on December 3 or 4. I placed an order on your website for direct flights from Tel Aviv to Helsinki. However, after being directed to Gotogate, I encountered issues with my reservation. My order number is L15XQT with reference RS9K7D. The reservation was initially for direct flights, as I have a screenshot showing this. Prior to payment, I double-checked the details and noticed the flight company had changed. On November 22nd, my girlfriend booked two return flights from Edinburgh to Prague for us. The departure is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18th, and the return for Thursday, February 21st. An amount of £[redacted] was charged to her credit card, which she noticed on her credit card app just 5 minutes after booking. However, upon reviewing the confirmation email today, she realized that only the outbound flights were booked at a cost of £81.69. Surprisingly, the credit card app does not show the payment of £[redacted]. This situation is concerning as the trip was intended as a Christmas gift for me, and these discrepancies are worrisome. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter. Please investigate the booking under the name Maryanne Macdonald, with the email address [redacted] and phone number [redacted]2 that was used for the reservation.

After finding the tickets we needed on Skyscanner.com, we were directed to Justfly.com. Despite confirming the dates multiple times, the confirmation email we received had the wrong dates. We contacted JustFly within their specified timeframe, but they are insisting that the mistake was ours. Even though we provided evidence to the contrary, they refuse to correct the error. We have initiated a dispute with our credit card company, and the Better Business Bureau is investigating JustFly for misleading practices. We urge you to flag this company to prevent others from falling victim to their deceptive tactics, as we have. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I have booked air tickets for two people with Jetabord. The flights are on February 11th from Heathrow to Bangkok, on the 14th from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur, on the 18th from K.L to Singapore, and on the 21st from Singapore to Heathrow. While I received a confirmation email, I have not received the e-ticket for the Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur leg. I have tried contacting Jetabord multiple times with no response. Malindo Air informed me that I need the e-ticket for assistance. I understand this isn't your responsibility, but I am feeling very worried. Can you advise me on the best way to confirm my booking? I have booked flights for myself, my wife, and 5 children from TLV to JFK via Munich. The Skyscanner website advertised the tickets at approximately $[redacted] each. I was aware that one child, an infant, only paid about 10%, and all children are under 12 years old, entitling them to a reduced fare according to Lufthansa's policy. To my surprise, I was redirected to the MyHolidays website during the booking process and was charged a total of $3,[redacted], supposedly at $[redacted] per ticket. I made this reservation on November 2, [redacted], at 21:06 GMT+2. Could you please confirm the initial price shown on Skyscanner at that time? Any guidance on how to address this discrepancy would be appreciated.

I recently purchased a return flight through Gotogate. The price advertised had a discount that appeared right before I confirmed the purchase, indicating payment should be made with a MasterCard. However, upon payment, I noticed they charged me £15 more than the initially advertised price. Despite reaching out to customer support and engaging in several email exchanges, they have not provided a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancy. Instead, they advised filling out a complaints form meant for travel-related issues. I am troubled by their lack of transparency in their pricing and billing practices.

We reserved Delta flights through SkyScanner for a round trip from Denver, Colorado (DIA) to NYC (JFK). Our departure from Denver was set for 6:00 am on December 15th, and our return flight was scheduled for December 18th at 6:55 pm. After oversleeping and missing our initial flight, we called to reschedule, adding $[redacted] to fly to JFK on the 15th. To ensure our return flight from JFK wasn't impacted, we didn't cancel or file a claim for the missed flight. However, our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and we were charged an additional $[redacted] by Delta, claiming a third-party had cancelled it. We're confused as to who actually cancelled our flights, SkyScanner or Delta, and would like to clarify this situation as we feel misled into paying more for a flight we thought was cancelled already.

I made a booking for someone else with the wrong email address. Without the correct email, we are unable to receive any booking confirmations or log in to access important information. The email address needs to be corrected from [redacted] to [redacted] I have already submitted two help messages directly to Skyscanner via their website since Friday, December 20th, but have not received a response yet. Payment was processed in full on Saturday, December 21st. Please assist in changing the email or re-booking with the correct details at no additional cost, as the payment has already been made. I have provided all relevant booking information through screenshots I captured.

I made two bookings recently on lastminute.com. The first booking was confirmed, but then I received an email hours later saying it was cancelled. My son then booked another trip for me on the 25th. I called lastminute.com twice today, and was assured I would receive confirmation shortly. However, I just received another email stating that this booking is also cancelled. I had planned this trip to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday, with four other people already booked to join us. My friend is still awaiting a refund for the previous booking, and now my son's account is pending due to the refund process. Hello, I recently booked a flight through Skyscanner, and the processing company was Kiwi.com. I intended to purchase a single trip ticket from Medellin to Istanbul with two layovers in Bogota and Madrid. However, I discovered that I was sold three separate tickets instead of one. I am currently attempting to book two Business Class flights with Singapore Airlines from Manchester to Sydney on the 23rd of July at 11:40 am. However, I have encountered an issue with the seat selection process, as I am being charged $28.00 per person, per sector, despite my understanding that Singapore Airlines does not typically charge for this. Additionally, the seating plan displayed on the website does not match the actual layout of the aircraft. My wife and I prefer to sit together either on the port or starboard side, or if that's not possible, one behind the other. Dear Flight Scanner, I recently booked an outgoing and return flight through your service. The outgoing flight was from London Heathrow Airport to Melbourne, Australia with Emirates Airlines on flight number EK006 departing on 31/12/[redacted] at 10 pm. However, I have not received any confirmation for my return flight from Melbourne to London Heathrow. I am scheduled to depart Melbourne on Saturday, 4th of January around 4 pm and arriving at London's Heathrow Airport on Sunday, 5th of January around 5:30 am. I booked a return flight from Sydney to Gold Coast, but the return flight details were incorrect in the email confirmation. After contacting Skyscanner, I was informed that they would investigate and respond within 24 hours. They offered to change the booking immediately for a fee of $75, which I declined as it was their error. Despite three phone calls over 48 hours, they are still looking into the issue and mentioned the tickets are nonrefundable. However, I can change the flight by paying $75. I have a screenshot of the original flight I wanted to book. I just need the correct flight to visit my elderly grandmother.

I purchased 2 round-trip tickets from Warsaw to Vienna through Trip.com, a Skyscanner partner. I paid the full price, but upon attempting online check-in, I discovered my reservation is for one-way only. Austrian Airlines confirmed this when I called.
