To: Skyscanner customer support,*Greetings,**My daughter, Topaz Faerman, purchased through Skyscanner a return flight ticket to Cancun, Mexico.*The flight, due to depart on **.**.**, was cancelled without any preceding notice.*Obviously, the cancellation was received with great anguish.*We have immediately contacted EL AL, the relevant flight carrier.*After couple of days EL AL customer support contacted us and approved that indeed the flight tickets were not realized and that Topaz is eligible for a refund.
