Booked a flight an hour ago and was charged nearly double the amount with goto gate. * Booking ref ks*xuj * Myself and my * yr old son CNX - LHR * on the ** th December. * Advertised price for both passengers on Skyscanner and go to gate was £***.**. * Triple checked that it was for all passengers and yes it was. * Proceeded to pay and then receive a confirmation email saying I has been charged £***.** ..!! * Rang go to gate straight away and they weren’t helpful at all. * Just said I can get a refund a -£** fee. * They said the price advertised was only for * person. * I have lots of screen shots confirming that this isn’t the case. * Please help to resolve this. * I want the flight. Just at the price advertised. * I use Skyscanner a lot and this is the * st time they’re has ever been an issue. * Many thanks. * Craig
