I was looking for last minute ticket deals online and the first one that popped up was an app called Skyscanner. I proceeded to download the app and started searching for same day flights from Sacramento to San Diego. I put in my cc info and confirmed a ticket. It said would you like the confirmation to go to the email. I clicked confirm and I got a confirmed number on my email. So I thought everything was ok. I get to the airport to check in and they have no itenerary for me, only my name? The airline clerk stated she never saw that before. So after calling customer service my flight was too late to board and there was only one flight left leaving * hours after my original time and was * times the amount. I was forced to pay because I have a wedding this weekend I’m getting married. Please tell me what happened and why. I would like a full refund on both tickets.
