Hello, I was looking into tickets and booked a reservation that I meant not to book, as I was still confirming details with my sister. Immidetly after receiving email from Kiwi that my order is being processed I called them to cancel this reservation. I was placed on a long hold and by the time I reached a person another email came in confirming my reservation and I was told I called too late and the reservation can’t be cancelled without fees and refund is not even guaranteed. I wasn’t even aware I was booking with Kiwi, I was told I can only bring my purse. No carry on was even included in this expensive ticket and There is no seat numbers assign. Please help. Can you cancel this reservation and let me rebook once all the details are confirmed? Please advise. Thank you, Magdalena
