Hello *I have been overcharged by sky provider in total of two times, my billing is meant to be taken once on the **th July **** but I was charged again on the **rd July ****. Then on the **th August ****, I was charged twice for apparently not paying a previous bill which have clearly been taken out on the **th July. In total on the month of July **** ** pounds was taken out as well as on the **th August. Please get back to this email urgently as I have contacted Sky many *times to which I understand there are less staff and there are guidelines but to get doubled charged for this month and July is unreasonably stupid.

GetHuman-hathid did not yet indicate what Sky should do to make this right.
