I have cancelled my sky tv, broadband and telephone and received confirmation that the termination was effective from ** May.My sky broadband was disconnected on that date.I have accordingly cancelled my sky direct debit.I am awaiting packaging to return your equipment and would be grateful to receive this as soon as possible.
