I have moved home. My sky phone is not workig although it is plugged in the voice light is not working. I have tried what you have suggested on line but I want someone to talk me through it as it is still not working and that has now been **days without a phone. I can not call you because I don't have a phone and even then I resent having to pay £*.** per minute to talk about a service you are offering or query a bill so am strongly considering switching provider. I have receieved my bill which has gone up from £**.)* to £**.** and I want to know why. I am unimpressed with the service and being unable to contact you at a reasonabe rate or through sky chat. I would like yyou to resolve this issue and also give me information on how I can cancel my contarct withyou as if this is not resolved that is what I will be doing. As I have been with you for * years I expect that as a loyal customer you will want to resolve this issue.
