I paid £*.** to receive an itemized bill each month, but since August **** I have not received one. I do not know if I am still paying this sum for a service that I do not receive. I did not request that the billing to me be stopped & so at a loss as to why it has. Also according to my bank account the most recent payment I made has increased by £** over the previous month. What is reason for this & can the sending of itemized bills to me be reinstated. Many thanks
