I need to ask Sky to explain what's going on. Rectify their mistakes and explain why the high cost this month. ... On my bank statement I have two payments gone out on the same day to Sky. Both of them different amounts. I only have my mobile phone with Sky and neither of these amounts seem to be right. I have no emails from them.*I need Sky to rectify the mistake of two amounts coming out instead of one. I also want to know why they are two different amounts and why so high.
I am a pensioner and have to watch every penny.
I just need to get through to them so they can put it right.
We have recently moved to a retirement flat where we can't have a sky dish so I only have my mobile with them now.
I don't like doing things online
