Wow, the plastic rocker arm that holds the earpiece is incredibly weak material. I've once before had you replace my Nesh* BT wireless headset because the housing breaks if you look at it wrong!*Love the quality of the headset but unusable again as it just broke in two pieces and now my earpiece just dangles...**** shame folks. Worse yet, I'll bet I haven't used this headset ** hours total due to the poor quality of the housing.*God knows others have to had this same defective condition. So my replacement is kapoot as well and have idea what to do except file a complaint and see if y'all will help me out???? Obviously the set is out of warranty now but I paid a decent price for something that clearly is inferior quality of the housing portion and hoping you'll make it right by me.
