Hello, I currently hold an Indian passport and am residing in South Africa. I am looking to create a Skrill account to transfer money from South Africa to India. However, when I set my country as India, the system prevented me from sending money from South Africa. I attempted to update my details without success. I have been attempting to receive a payment via Skrill for the past three months without success. I utilized an app named Gameflip to receive $[redacted] USD, which I withdrew through Skrill. The funds were successfully deposited into my Skrill account within a day, but when I tried to access my account, it requested verification. I submitted my driver's license and other required documentation, but after a month, I had not received any communication. Upon trying to log in again, I was prompted for verification once more. I resubmitted the information, but the issue persists, and it seems like my submissions are not being processed. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any response from Skrill.

I am extremely disappointed with Skrill. I feel like they have stolen from me. I submitted all the necessary documents for my profile to be approved, only to have my account blocked after depositing nearly a thousand dollars with my debit card. They are now asking for my credit card statement, even though I didn't use a credit card for the deposit. Despite multiple attempts, they are not accepting my updates or resolving the issue. I previously contacted IQ Option support regarding my rejected withdrawal due to my unverified Skrill account. Upon trying to verify my account, I encountered a message suggesting no verification is needed at the moment, prompting me to deposit funds for the verification process. I am having trouble logging in after providing my email and password details. I have already contacted Skrill to resolve this issue, and it has been fixed. I do not have all the information they suggest having before contacting them. Another user suggests trying to reset the password using the correct email address and following the "Forgot Password" link under the login button. Dear Skrill Support, I recently fell victim to an online scam involving an individual who asked for 76 EUR to supposedly provide me with a virtual in-game product. I initially sent half of the money as a precaution, and the person reciprocated by providing half of the promised product in-game. However, after sending the remaining amount, the individual stopped responding, added me to a group chat with known scammers, and then blocked me on Discord. The email of the scammer is [redacted], and the transaction IDs are [redacted] and [redacted]. I have always been a loyal member, engaging in transactions involving cryptocurrency without any issues. I recently created two accounts using the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] but experienced login issues. After seeking help, both accounts were closed, and a new account was opened under a different email, [redacted] I did not authorize this change and am concerned as to why my accounts were transferred without permission. The email I received confirmed the closures and the new active account. It mentioned that any payment methods linked to the closed accounts can now be used with the active account but emphasized that only one Skrill account per user is allowed. I am awaiting clarification on why this transfer took place and why my previous accounts were closed without my consent.
