Contradictory behaviour of skrill

The issue in GetHuman-akmfazlu's own words
I was trying to transfer some money elsewhere where skrill is an affiliate program for transferring money. ... Skrill restricted all transactions of my account by saying that I have reached an activity level which required further verification. But they are not saying how will they do it. At the bottom of my account a remark is always staying- my account is temporarily blocked and I have to verify my identity. when I try to do so by pressing the verify identity a window comes up by saying that my account is fully verified and my limit has also increased. Moreover, if I check my accounts thoroughly they are showing that all credentials of my account is up-to-date and my limit has also increased. But if I tried to do any transaction from my account I m getting error message that I have reached an activity level that required further verification. very much confusing . The problem started immediate after my last deposit. no sooner I had completed the deposit process and got confirmation of my balance and in the next moment one of my payment was declined...But how come? How come they can be so contradictory? If they need more verification than why they are not approaching me? Why they are not answering my emails..?
How can I say it? How can I know what skrill don't realize?
They should answer my emails
I am very new to skrill. New or old , no one expect this.
I don't know any other way..
