Hello, so I logged into my yesterday and added funds to it, but since I was using mastercard the funds I entered basically became useless since I couldnt buy anything with it as it would tell me "Excludes the funds added" whenever I try to purchase something. So I searched google and found a youtube video on how I can basically "fix" this issue. It basically says that I should make a second account and send the funds there so it becomes usable once again. Before opening a second account I contacted Skrill about the issue but I got no response in hours so I did exactly that and yes it actually worked, I was finally able to use my funds. In no way did it seem suspicious or illegal to me since I was still being charged to send money to my new account. So I tried doing the same thing today and added funds to my account and sent them all, note I was charged quite alot this time but I didnt mind. But this time when i tried to make a payment it would decline. I googled the issue and nothing useful. Then I figured maybe its because I have * accounts, and apparently its against Skrill to own two accounts..So I quickly disabled the old account (had I known * accounts was illegal I'd have not done it so :* ..)*Now Im stuck here wondering if thats it with my funds, I really hope you could understand my issue.. and thanks for your time!
