I opened an account using *****@***.com as my email and after that I transferred **.** USD dollars into that account but after a multiple attempts to withdraw my date of birth was being termed as incorrect. That's when I noticed that I hadn't updated it. My account was temporarily restricted and I can't withdraw or send. I tried updating my date of birth but it failed. I uploaded my identity card and a photo of me holding it but not yet verified. How can I resettle this from the start.
GetHuman-educapta did not yet indicate what Skrill should do to make this right.
