Hello I was asked to provide more documents in order to Verify Your Location and raise the monthly limits, my account use to be really high up with limits, and I did send in the past all the asked documents. Now I don't know if your policy changed or what, I uploaded bank statement (my transactionts in last ** days), you declined this, now I uploaded my phone bill which shows my address also. I already added my ID, I really don't understand this policy you got here towards someone who is a user for over * years or more...I d like someone from support to contact me on my phone number ************ since I don't know how to reach you.
GetHuman-crtpoker did not yet indicate what Skrill should do to make this right.
