i was trying to deposit money to IQ options ... my friend transferred *** pounds into my new account on skrill which initially had zero balance. I am not able to do anything with that money, neither I am able to deposit it into IQ options nor i am able to send it to anybody.*every time I want to make a transaction they decline it.*Skrill should make he transactions possible. tell me he real problem and if they cannot make the transactions possible.
i am not able to do any thing with this money which is so hard earn by me.

I have sent them emails and messages too but they just give me a case number every time.
