i have a verified account and i used it for a hole summer after a year i reopenned it and i made a deposit from a friend who send me **£ to play with in a merchant site*(*xbet) but unfortunely i couldn't deposit in my merchant site witch kept declining my payment , i kept trying to get in touch with skrill to help me in this case but i got no answer from skrill support , so i decide to make a new account with a new e-mail . i tryed to send the money to the new skrill account and it worked this it the transaction ID Transaction ID:************Send money fee:*EUR *.***and after that i tryed to reopen my new skrill account it said that a duplicate acount is detected by your security systeme and i cant open my new account with my money in it i dont know what to do now please contact me soon i need your help please
