I previously owned a phone case from your company that lasted me 4 years. Recently, I ordered a personalized case for my new iPhone X, but had to exchange it due to a design issue. Subsequently, I bought a case for my husband's iPhone 8. Unfortunately, the upper right corner of my iPhone X case is loose, causing it to get caught in my purse. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was informed that the product is only covered for 30 days, which I find unreasonable. The representative mentioned they couldn't locate my order history by name. I bought the case around August to September and no longer have the receipt. As a returning customer with three orders, I am disappointed by the limited warranty policy. Is there any way to address this issue? Thank you, J. Brand

I placed my order on November 29 as a Christmas gift. Thankfully, I received my shipment confirmation on December 1, but the status shows it will arrive in Grand Prairie, TX, not the intended state for delivery. The package is now delayed, taking 16 business days compared to the expected 7-10 business days. This level of customer service is unacceptable and disappointing. I am frustrated as someone will now not receive their gift on Christmas due to this issue. Despite reading on Skinit.com that deliveries could take up to 15 business days, yesterday marked 16 business days and it's not even in Texas yet, let alone destined for Oklahoma. I am requesting a refund for order #[redacted] and some form of compensation for this inconvenience.

I need to cancel my order as I mistakenly had it shipped to a different address than my debit card. Despite receiving a decline message, the order went through multiple times, resulting in charges to my account. I want to cancel all duplicate orders except one. I am uncertain about my order number as I believe I checked out as a guest without creating a Skinit account. I found Skinit through a Google search, designed a skin, and made the purchase. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?
