I have had this product for my last phone and it lasted for at least * years. I purchased a new phone ( I phone X) and ordered a new case with personalized photo. I had actually exchanged for a new photo because the extra design did not come out as it appeared in sample. Anyway , they did replace it. I then ordered a case for my husband I phone * and it had been fine. I don’t have the receipt anymore. I believe mine may be from Aug . to Sept. The upper right corner is loose and keeps getting caught in the lining of my pocket book. I called customer service and the rep told me they only honor the product for ** days. That is ridiculous. I don’t think a phone case would need to be replaced after only ** days. *This is my third order. The rep told me she could not search my history by my name. *Is there anything you can do ?*Thank you*Janet Brand
