I own a black pair of Skechers Sport shoes, but I thought they were leather. The material seems to be peeling off like paint, making me question if they are fake leather. This is disappointing as I rely on these shoes for my job delivering food for Waitr. I am surprised by this quality issue from Skechers, as I always believed they were top-notch. On a positive note, I appreciate that Skechers offers wide sizes, which work well for my wide feet. I would like to request a replacement for these shoes as soon as possible.

I purchased the all-black Skechers work performance shoes at a great price from your store in Augusta, Georgia. However, after wearing them, I noticed a strong, lingering smell that sticks to my feet and makes the shoes stink. Despite their supposed comfort for being on my feet all day as a medical assistant, I am experiencing sore feet and back pain. I'm disappointed as others recommend Skechers. I am unable to return them as I've discarded the receipt. I hope to purchase different Skechers that will be more suitable for my needs. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I visited Tanger Outlet in N. Charleston, SC on 9-13-19 after receiving an email about a $30 discount on a $[redacted] purchase. Despite the buy one, get one 50% off deal, the associate refused to apply the discount, citing it was only available via email. After a frustrating shopping experience with minimal assistance and unhelpful staff, my husband and I finally selected two pairs of shoes, only to find no one available at the checkout counter. The lack of customer service and limited staff presence was disappointing, especially since we are regular shoppers at the store. I am hoping the store can honor the discount so I can purchase the shoes for my husband's birthday, especially since I have a $20 credit from previous purchases.

I have been purchasing Skechers for years, and I am truly dissatisfied with the quality of the sneakers in recent years. I purchased my second pair in August, and once again, they are falling apart in less than a month. Even though I have a desk job and do not wear them frequently or in rainy conditions—only to work—it's unbelievable how quickly they are deteriorating. The leather is peeling, the guard is coming off, and the soles are deteriorating inside and separating. They appear to be 3 years old after just one month of use (45 hours a week) only at work. This is the second pair exhibiting these issues. I used to adore your sneakers, but after two pairs failing in less than 4 months, I am hesitant to continue buying your shoes. I am extremely unhappy and would like a refund or replacement only if the quality improves. Wearing them for one day is equivalent to 6 months of use, considering they cost $65 a pair. I am feeling frustrated, as I will now have to spend more money that I do not have to replace them. I may have to consider switching to Nike or another competitor for my next pair of sneakers. I typically do not like to complain, but experiencing this with the second pair in just a few months is disheartening. I cannot afford to purchase a new pair every month. Thank you.

Dear Team, I would like to bring to your attention that I purchased a pair of footwear for my parents on January 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on September 17, [redacted], the strap of the slippers came off. I bought the shoes from the Tonk Road showroom GAJRUP, which is now closed. When I visited a nearby showroom for repair service, I was denied assistance. Upon reviewing the warranty terms of Skechers, I discovered there is a two-year warranty. Although I do not have the original receipt, I do have my credit card statement showing a charge of Rs [redacted] for one pair of men's shoes and one pair of ladies' footwear. This level of poor quality is disappointing from a well-known brand. I kindly request that you arrange for the repair as it would be unreasonable to pay ₹ [redacted] for repairs after only 8 months of use. Thank you, Swati O. 31/[redacted] Pratap Nagar Jaipur

I recently bought a pair of slip-resistant shoes from a Shoe Carnival in Lafayette, Indiana, which were heavily promoted and cost around $60. Unfortunately, after slipping twice at work while wearing them, I realized they do not offer slip resistance as advertised. The store is too far for me to return them due to time constraints and distance. I believe there might be an issue with the manufacturing of these shoes that needs to be addressed to prevent accidents and injuries. I have since found a better option at Walmart with shoes that need replacement every 6 weeks for slip resistance. It's disappointing to have wasted $60 on ineffective shoes and then have to spend an additional $60 at a different store for safety shoes just 2 weeks later. This purchase was made at the start of September.

I bought Sketchers Lasso 9 on 9.10.19. Ref [redacted][redacted]. I didn't know the box was required for a return. After realizing they were uncomfortable, I tried to return them without the box, but the manager refused, citing a notice behind the counter and the receipt. I argued that I wasn't informed about the box requirement at the time of purchase and couldn't see the notice due to small print. The manager suggested I should have asked for the box or read the receipt. Despite being a loyal customer, the manager didn't budge. I believe some flexibility could have been shown due to the lack of initial information. I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you. Address 08-9A, Logwood Road, Newtownabbey. My TN is [redacted]9.

I had a bad experience at the Geelong store on Saturday. The assistant, Dellas, made me feel belittled. I asked to try on a pair of men’s shoes, and she seemed bothered by having to convert the size to ladies'. Unfortunately, she did not assist me in trying a smaller size, and I overheard her and another staff member talking about me. At the register, a different staff member handled the sale but was unfriendly, possibly due to the conversation they had about me. Additionally, I was provided with incorrect information about the loyalty program. Despite this, I will continue to buy your products but will avoid returning to that specific store in the future. While an advertisement for non-slip shoes initially attracted me to the store, the poor service I received overshadowed the promotion.

On Tuesday, I bought trainers for my daughter. Today was only the second time she wore them, and I noticed that one seemed to be coming loose with a long piece of thread hanging out. I returned to the store with the box and receipt to request an exchange. The supervisor informed me that they didn't have the right size in stock and suggested I call twice a week to check if it had been delivered. When I asked how long that could take, she was uncertain and mentioned I might need to choose a different pair if they didn't receive the correct size. After speaking with the manager on the phone, they offered a refund but commented that the shoes had been worn. I didn't buy the shoes to keep them in the box and intend to return them tomorrow, which upsets my daughter. I've had a previous issue with another pair of faulty trainers from this shop, where the lights on one shoe stopped working after only 3 hours of use. This level of quality isn't what I expected from such expensive trainers, and I feel disappointed by the way we were treated today. It shouldn't be a hassle to order a new pair when the product is faulty, as any other store would normally do.

I have bought around 10 pairs of shoes from Sketchers. Please stop sending me promotions that I cannot use. It is frustrating to receive a 20% off coupon only to find out none of the items qualify. This is deceptive marketing and disappointing. I love your comfortable products, but these online tactics are not appreciated. Please remove me from your email list. Thank you.

During my recent visit to the Bluffton, South Carolina Tanger Outlets Store, I encountered multiple issues with the employees. Instead of assisting customers, three employees were socializing. My parents and I had to request help with shoe boxes four times, and on three occasions, we had to approach the cash register ourselves. When we asked an employee for a specific shoe, she seemed reluctant to assist us. It felt as though the employees were avoiding helping us. Additionally, when I tried to move the stair climber, a staff member ran over and scolded my dad instead of offering help. The employee who approached us later asked about our shoe preference in a rude manner. It was a disappointing experience for my family due to the poor treatment we received from multiple employees. I hope the management can remind the staff to prioritize customer service over socializing with colleagues.

In October [redacted], I bought a pair of white ladies Skechers shoes (Go Walk white 5 - Lucky white 9) at Marketplace in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. The salesperson suggested a larger size for added comfort, but this made the shoes too big. When I sought assistance at the store, I was met with no help, just accusations of extensive wear. Contacting Skechers AU, I received an inadequate 10% discount offer from a virtual assistant named Crystina. This experience has left me too scared to wear the new shoes and disappointed in the brand's customer service. I hope my unusable pair can be replaced, though I doubt an apology will be sincere. It's important for others to be aware of the lack of service in this situation.

Hello, I bought two pairs of Sketchers Ultra Flex from Costco. After wearing them daily for two weeks, I found that the left foot in one pair and the right foot in the other pair are bruising my heels, making the shoes unwearable. Even after trying padded inserts, the problem persists. I am unable to return the shoes to Costco due to wearing them for two weeks. Can you please advise on how to address this issue? Thank you.

I bought a pair of shoes (Serial Number: [redacted] BBK) for my girlfriend half a year ago, and they've already started coming apart at two different seams. The tears measure almost 4 inches in total. If possible, I would have shared photos with you. I have been a loyal customer of your walking sneakers for many years, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. It's actually her third pair in two years. Maybe considering better ditching or using stronger glue could help. I just thought I should bring this to your attention.

When Skechers discontinued Shape-ups, I purchased around six pairs to help with the pain from standing on concrete for long hours. Recently, I opened a brand new pair from my stash, only to find that the cushions between the sole and shoe disintegrated within a few days of wear inside. This happened with another new pair I tried as well. I no longer have the receipts or the box for the first pair that failed. The second box and another new pair are still with me. Is there any kind of warranty that covers this issue? The older pairs I'm replacing have been durable for about a year and a half with no similar problems. Thank you.

I contacted customer service regarding a pair of shoes with stitching coming apart after minimal wear. I was advised to send them in for evaluation, but there was no guarantee of any action being taken. Additionally, no return shipping label was provided. The cost to send the shoes in was almost half of the purchase price, making me feel like my concern was not taken seriously. This experience has left me unsatisfied, and I have decided not to buy Sketchers shoes in the future.

I own a pair of Sketcher Lite Weights. Recently, I noticed some blistering on my big toe, which I couldn't initially attribute to the shoes as I have multiple pairs. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a hole where my big toe usually rests in the shoe. I was surprised as I've had these shoes for less than a year, and the upper and sole are still in excellent condition. I considered replacing the insole, but it's stitched in, which was disappointing as these shoes are very comfortable for me. Thank you for hearing me out. Best regards, Brian

I need to return items I purchased on December 31st, but I can't locate the original receipts. I do have the credit card statement showing the exact amount matching the store's prices when I had them checked. The manager at Daly City, California, store is refusing the return and I'd appreciate assistance or I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Thanks.

After wearing my new pair of Skechers tennis shoes for about four days, I experienced discomfort and pain in my small toes on the right foot. I attempted to adjust the laces and tried various remedies, but the ache persisted, making it unbearable. It's disheartening because I have purchased the same style multiple times without any issues. Unfortunately, this specific pair seems to be causing me significant pain, and despite my financial constraints, I may have to discard them.

I bought a pair of Sketchers sneakers about 5 months ago. They're all white, and I hardly wore them, but when I did, they were very comfortable. Surprisingly, after machine washing them for the first time, they shrunk. I've never had this issue despite washing my sneakers before. I'm disappointed that I can no longer wear them. I'm hoping for compensation for these sneakers. How can you assist me with this matter?
