Received letter on **.**.**** about over due charge for chip to paintwork. Paid damage compensation demand of Euros ***.** on receipt of the letter. Set claim in motion with my excess waiver insurance company (Zurich). Documentation was requested. Sixt sent a copy invoice showing I had paid the damage compensation charge. My insurers asked for the following: Copies of invoices, confirming full details of what the damages were, the associated costs and the total amount paid in respect of the incident. We will require the final invoice for repairs (*Audatex report*Engineers report. I have sent numerous emails asking for this documentation I understand that this documentation would prove to my insurers that the damage has been fixed and I have paid he appropriate amount.*Over the last few weeks I have sent several emails to SIXT claims dept asking for this documentation. I have received no reply.
