Hello!My name is Arturo Ottaviano I reserve a car on line * or * weeks ago to be pick up at Verona airport (Italy) on July the *nd.*I never received an e mail with a reservation number and now unfortunately i would need to cancel it but I don't know how to do it. I don't even know if I had a car reserved by the time I never got an e mail from the company. Im also unable to talk with any human on customer service. What to do please?
