Hi, my name is Jamie and I have * Dimond passes and I have been calling and calling for the past * days to make sure that the payment I made went through and not a single person answered the phone. I refuse to make this payment twice. I called maybe** to ** times and I was on hold for a good ** to ** minutes before I got this voice operated message telling me I may have called after business hours, which was not true, I called during business hours. The customer service for six flags is absolutely horrible. I do not know what the issue is but I am beyond dumbfounded about how horrible the phone operating system works at Six Flags. A person should not have to be told "all representatives are busy assisting other callers, your call is very important to us (THAT IS BULL) a representive will be with you shortly (THAT IS ALSO BULL) I need someone from corporate to get in touch with me ASAP because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I have never in my life wanted to tell a person that it's worthless getting memberships for this place because they have the SHITTEST customer service system that I have ever seen. This needs to be taken care of and it needs to be taken care of NOW!
