order********** purchased *-**-**,*I purchased two tickets and used promo code coke, price said $**,** each and I was charged $** each ticket, I tried numerous times but customer service said I have to contact park directly, I also told them i did not use one of the tickets and would like to know if I can use it in future, they were not sure Did not get any help, this is frustrating and upsetting since I have been a loyal customer with my family for many years and did not get any answers!
