The issue in GetHuman-muffinje's own words
I recently purchased a Six Flags New England Gold season pass online. I activated the pass in my Six Flags mobile app and it says Active and is green. I called the New England park and asked if this pass was now valid at all parks, or if I had to go to the New England location for my first visit. Specifically, next weekend I am planning to go to Six Flags Great Adventure for the first time. (I'm so excited!) However, when I was on the Six Flags Great Adventure website to plan my trip, I found this: **"If I buy a Season Pass at one Six Flags park, can I activate it at another?**No. You must activate your Season Pass at the park you purchased it from. For example, if you purchase a La Ronde Season Pass you cannot use it at any other Six Flags theme parks until you first pick up your Season Pass ID card at La Ronde." *https:**www.sixflags.com*greatadventure*store*season-passes**This contradicts what the representative at the New England park told me over the phone. Am I going to be able to enter the park Saturday with my Gold season pass? The FAQ also mentioned that a fingerprint is needed and I don't have one on file.
GetHuman-muffinje did not yet indicate what Six Flags should do to make this right.
